Check in was simple, efficient and the receptionist was very helpful and polite. All staff greeted us, opened doors etc. Room was very comfortable, heating/AC worked and bed was firm. Only thing I would have liked was a second pillow and another towel. |

Helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable, clean room with facilities. Excellent breakfast. Ideally located for our purposes. Fully met expectations and would use again. |

The Heating was good. The parking was free. There was no staff there to help you sign in. You could hear the highway from the hotel. The room was small. Not really a family room. Bathroom is very small. They only gave 2 towels for a family of 4. The internet that is you could use is useless because you have to have a cell phone to be able to use it and even then it did not send a text to get the code so was not able to use it at all. |

I liked the arrangement of the family room, the door system (you don't need a card but press a code only), I liked the breakfast. I like the locaton near the highway. The toilet paper is our room finished and there was no more available in the bathroom. THey should give more rolls for famly rooms. |

Very clean rooms, located 20 min by tram from city centre/ 5 min by car. Hotel near highway - but no noise Construction at the time of our stay; drilling in the mornings. |

The space of the room. The breakfast. Useless internet. There is a registration system for using the internet, but the registration form refuses to accept my phone number (where activation code should be sent in SMS). I entered the phone number in the format required (including country code). Made several tryes with all the known phone formats without any success. |

To był nasz 2 pobyt w tym hotelu i pierwszym razem byla zdecydowanie lepsza obsluga.Natomiast podoba mi sie lokalizacja,gdyż hotel znajduje sie przy samej trasie i nie trzeba go szukać.Po zjeżdzie z autostrady wjeżdżamy prosto na hotel.Jaki prosty dojazd do hotelu taki sam prosty powrót na autostrade.Mimo iż jest położony przy samej trasie to jest cicho i spokojnie.Nie słychać jeżdżacych samochodów.Pokoje z klimatyzacja ułatwiaja życie.Napewno jeszcze skożystam z usług tego hotelu i to już niebawem,bo w sierpniu.Polecam Pierwszy pobyt byl bez zażutów,anglojęzyczna ,miła obsługa czego nie moge powiedziec o ostatnim razie.Angielski recepcjonistki był na poziomie mojego niemieckiego,oganiczony do minimum co utrudnia załatwienie czego kolwiek.Nie miałem wliczonego śniadania.Z czego za pierwszym razem po spedzonej nocy mogłem rano kupić kawe w cenie 1 euro sztuka to tym razem za 2 kawy i herbate dla dziecka zapłaciłem 13euro i 98 euro centów (cena 2 pełnych śniadań) co sprawiło że uraczono nas najroższą kawą i herbatą w życiu |

Braunschweig ist eine Stadt die man empfehlen kann zu besuchen. Sie hat ein sehenswertes Stadtzentrum. Sehr viele Plätze zum verweilen und relaxen. Viel Baum und Grünflächen innerhalb der Stadt. Super Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Das aus unserer Sicht zu früh ( 8:30 Uhr ) das Reinigungspersonal in das Zimmer wollte. |
