The size of our toom was great, only bad thing was that toilet didn't flush & there were 6 of us in the flat & there was no one to contact after hours. There was awesome resurants around the corner that are extremely cheap. Maintenance was needed on bathroom & was a fair distance from city & the train station. |

the room was excellent, the shower was very good and the staff were very friendly. we could cook our own food which was very good in order we could save some money. |

No bathtowels in the room, no kitchen as shown on the website, very narrow bathroom - could not even stand in it, very uncomfortable beds. |

Det var mycket stora och fräscha rum med fin inredning. För endast 10 euro för hela vistelsen ingår kök med kyl, frys, spis, matbord osv. Ligger mycket nära Grenzallee tunnebanastation som ligger 5 minuter från Berlins motsvarighet till Söder. Jag hade det jättetrevligt med min flickvän på hotellet. |

Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet; Sehr angenehm auch die U-Bahn-Nähe. Bad zwar eng, aber neu gefließt. Ruhige Lage des Appartmenthauses. Der Vermieter wollte 5% Aufschlag bei Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte kassieren. Die Heizung war bereits abgedreht, obwohl das Wetter noch etwas kühl war. Teppich im Schlafraum war nicht sehr sauber, für Allergiker nicht empfehlenswert (Staubmilben/Tierhaare?). Kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Check-in nur zu bestimmten Zeiten möglich. |

Pulizia,stanze molto grandi..attenzione che è essenzialmente un grande appartamento, ove vengono affittate delle stanze.è Sito in un quartiere periferico, ma a 100 mt alla metro, tra il centro e l'aereoporto.pulizia ok. Non è assolutamente evidenziato che se si arriva dopo le 18, poiche' la reception e' chiusa, e' necessario preavvisare via mail o telefono al fine di avere la chiave che è chiusa in una cassaforte di cui dovrete farvi dare la combinazione...diversamente non si entra!! |

The appartments are in quiet location. Subway is approx. 300m far. The staff were nice people, gave us usefull suggestions about places to visit in Berlin, about restaurants in the neighbourhood and in general I am satisfied with them. Bathroom is sahred with one or two other rooms. |

Preiswerte und schöne Appartment-Zimmer, in direkter Nähe zur U-Bahn. Ideal für durchreisende Rucksacktouristen bzw. kurzen Städeurlaub in Berlin. (Achtung: Nur Übernachtungen, Frühstück o.ä. nicht inklusive.) Lage (Neukölln) etwas abseits: ca. 20-30 Min mit U-Bahn zum Potsdamer oder Alexander-Platz, dafür in Nähe zum schönen Bezirk Kreuzberg. |

El apartamento era confortable. Se encontraba en una zona alejada del centro pero a tres cuadras del metro. Cerca de allí había un restaurante con precios muy económicos. Conviene averiguar primero en qué piso se efectúa la reserva del departamento porque no hay ascensor. Algunos no tienen cocina. |

Het verblijf was dicht bij de U-Bahn en was niet duur voor de grootte van de kamer. Het was er ook proper en rustig. Ik had er op gerekend gebruik te kunnen maken van de keuken, maar die was afgesloten. Dat vond ik een echt minpunt, want dat betekent dat de informatie op de website niet klopte. De donsdekens waren ook te kort voor een volwassene van normale lengte. |
