Conveniently located between Schönefeld Airport and the center of Berlin, this 19th-century building provides spacious rooms and apartments with good access to public transportation and the A100 city freeway. Bearinn Apartments are set in a traditional Altbau (old-style) Berlin residential building with large rooms, high ceilings and stucco design. The apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen and the individual rooms offer shared bathrooms in the corridor. The apartments are just a 5-minute walk from various nearby underground and city train stations. From here you can get to all major attractions in the heart of Berlin within 15 to 30 minutes. ...sehr unkomlizierte Abwicklung .....hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter...soweit alles in Ordnung.....gute Wahl um fürs kleine Geld zu übernachten...alles in allem sehr ok. Für nicht zu anspruchsvolle Menschen.....

недорогие аппартаменты, метро в 5 минутах, недорогая парковка во внутреннем дворике. вежливый и честный персонал - вернули излишне взятые деньги за парковку. у нас был балкончик, вечером неплохо можно посидеть. при заказе не обратили внимание на то что это аппартаменты и были немного не готовы к тому как это у них организовано. а выглядит это как подъезд жилого дома, на каждом этаже по 3 квартиры, каждая из которых является аппартаментом. лифта нет. в квартире 3 комнаты, 2 были закрыты. девочка которая была на ресепшене на наши вопросы отвечала что она не знает точно что там в комнатах, скорее всего кухня и чтото еще. и что вроде как там кроме нас никто больше жить не будет ;) так оно и оказалось но прозвучало очень странно ;) сам дом старый, но в квартире сделан ремонт. розеток мало. ужасная зановеска для душа, бойлер работает странно - вода то горячая то холодная. ресепшн работает несколько часов в день, в остальное время надо вызванивать менеджера. район грязненький

Tolles Altbauhotel mit positiven Flair. Die Apartments haben lustige Namen. Nette Dame an der rezeption. Wir haben uns fast wie zu Hause gefüllt. Beste Wahl für einen guten Preis. Die U-Bahn Station 'Gerenzallee' ist nur 3min entfernt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es war kein Haarföhn verfügbar.

schöne Einrichtung, sehr gemütlich, sehr ruhige Lage, eher eine voll eingerichtete Gästewohnung, weder Hostel- noch Hotel-Flair insgesamt könnte mans viel viel sympathischer bewerben, angaben wie "Gemeinschaftsdusche auf em Flur" sind absoluter Schwachfug, das ist ne sehr gemütliche 1- Zimmer-Wohnung mit 2 Betten. küche ist etwas keimig...

Es un aparta hotel sin cocina, de verdad la habitacion es lo unico bueno y es bastante economica es muy buena. Esta a 1 cuadra o 2 del metro, esta alejada del centro pero el metro te comunica muy bien No existe recepcion, es decir si hay pero nunca hubo nadie, el dia que llegue habia un papel que decia fuera del pais y un numero de telefono, yo no tenia telefono y gracias a dios aparecio una persona que solo hablaba aleman y nos ayudo y llamo al numero y me dijeron que dejo una encargada pero que le iba a avisar para que fuese. La zona es un poco fea, pero bueno es de mochileros no es 5 estrellas

остановка метро близко, удобно добираться в любую часть города. В номерах очень простенько, но чисто. Минимум удобств Район не очень, грязный, мусора много. Было холодно в номере, номера с очень бюджетным ремонтом, не было ни чайника, ни холодильника, ни посуды. Не уютно, не комфортно. Но чисто. Мы останавливались на одну ночь, бронируя за 2 часа до заезда. Больше чем на ночь, лучше не останавливаться. Интернета тоже нет, телевизор малюсенький не показывал, цифровое, то-ли не настроено, то-ли не оплачено.

Tiene un precio relativamente economico para lo que ofrece. Esta bastante bien comunicado tanto con aeropuerto (sch) como con el centro de Berlin, a unos 20min en metro. Te dan bastantes facilidades para hacer chek-in a la hora a la que quieras ya que dispone de una caja fuerte donde te dejan la llave. La zona es tranquila y poco ruidosa. El edificio es bastante antiguo y aunque las habitaciones estan reformadas las comodidades son algo escasas. Lo peor sin duda es la cama: aunque pidas cama de matrimonio, son dos colchones individuales juntos con sabanas independientes. Ademas son unas sabanas/colchas super raras y muy cortas que o bien se te salen los pies, o bien no te cubre mas que hasta debajo del pecho. Y eso que yo soy bastante bajito.

Freundliches Receptionspersonal, gute Ausgangslage des Hostels bzgl. U- und S-Bahn bzw. Bus, preiswert und sauber, geräumige Appartements, gute und ausreichend harte Matratzen. Spartanische Einrichtung, Kneipenlärm.

Sehr gute Idee, dass man eine ganze Wohnugn mieten kann, inkl. Geschirr usw. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl und "zu Hause". Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht da. Ideal für kleines Budget für 1 Woche Berlin. Gute Lage, da nur 3 min. Zur nächsten U-Bahn. Tipp: Der Italiener an der Ecke ist absolut empfehlenswert. Ein Teller Spaghetti Carbonara für € 2.90. Sehr freundlich und Top-Qualität!

1. Die sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Abwicklung des Aufenthalts durch die Inhaberin. 2. Das bequeme Bett, auch wenn es nur aus einem Rahmen bestand. Die beiden Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig. Dazwischen befand sich eine Fluchttüre, die jedes Geräusch durchließ.

la grandezza della stanza e la vicinanza alla metropolitana igiene della stanza lasciava a desiderare, la doccia perdeva acqua e si formava pozzangherina, la titolare delle stanze non parla inglese...e a fatica ci siam fatti capire, per il chek in abbiamo dovuto aspettare 30 minuti prima che arrivvasse in quanto l'ufficio era chiuso pur essendo in orario di apertura.

El departamento que nos toco era enorme para 2 personas, la cocina re completa y el tamaño del salon-dormitorio muy pero muy grande. A 400 mts tenes la parada de metro que te comunica con cualquier punto de Berlin, y el hecho de que te den la llave cuando entras y la dejes en la mesa cuando te vas, te da una independencia barbara. La verdad que el hotel es buenisimo, muy contentos. No nos gusto que llegamos antes de las 3 (horario que dice la pagina para hacer el check-in) y no habia nadie en la recepcion. Solo un cartel en la puerta que decia "vuelvo a las 3". Si bien el check es a las 3, podrian tener una persona para que te reciba las valijas aunque sea, y despues cuando empezamos a hacer el check-in, eramos como 4 grupos que estabamos para alojarnos, asi que fue super lento. Recien a las 4 pudimos entrar a la habitacion, y cuando recien llegas a una ciudad grande como Berlin, lo que menos queres es perder tiempo en el check-in...

Die Apartments sind mit einer Küche ausgestattet und in einem ruhigen Quartier. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig uns sauber. Die auf der Website erwähnten Fahrräder standen uns nicht zur Verfügung. Für die Benützung der Küche mussten wir einen Aufpreis zahlen.

Het waren zeer ruime en propere appartementen. De gastvrouw heeft ons zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en we konden altijd bij haar terecht met onze vragen. De ligging was ook ideaal, buiten de stad maar direct bij de metro. We hadden geen mileu-vignet nodig. Er is ook een privé-parking op de binnenkoer van de appartemente waar de auto veilig kon blijven staan.

Está a 200 metros del U-bahn (nuestro metro).. El personal de los apartamentos sólo te dan la llave, ni te los enseñan ni te dan información de la ciudad...

Las habitaciones están bien por el precio. La ubicación bien, cerca del metro Grenzallee. Buena ubicación para el precio. Tener en cuenta que siempre necesitarás al menos 2 tickets de transporte por día (una para ir al lugar que quieras ir, ya que cerca del hotel no hay ningún punto de interés, y otra para volver). El check-in es de 15:00 a 19:00, estricto. Fuera de estos horarios la recepción está cerrada. Nadie para atenderte. Llegamos una hora antes y tuvimos que esperar en los alrededores hasta que sean las 3. Check-in muy lento. Éramos varios. Hacen entrar uno a uno a la recepción del hotel. Te piden muchas cosas. Aprox. 20 minutos por persona. Perdimos una hora más en el check-in. También no funcionó booking.com. Al llegar nos encontramos que no constaba nuestra reserva. Tuvimos suerte que tenìan una hab. disponible. Aunque tuvimos que esperar para que pongan la hab. en condiciones. Error de booking.

Die Größe und Sauberkeit war gut, aber leider war es kein Apartement sondern nur ein Zweibett Schlafzimmer, Flur und Bad. Keine Ausziehcouch und keine Küche wie vorher angegeben. Nähe zum Eventhotel Estrel ist gut. Auch ohne Auto gut mit dem Bus machbar. Fehlende Ausziehcouch und Küche, also kein Apartment wie vorher beschrieben. Sehr einfach und in die Jahre gekommen.
