|Gästewohnung der Deutschen Akademie is located in Hannover. Each room here will provide you with a balcony. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave.|
Close to the main station, as well as a couple of good bars and cafes. Great location for a single night stay.
The lift is an experience. Not the smallest ever, but the reset button may become your new best friend. Reliable free WiFi would be a great addition.
free towel & soap location tv in room almost everything
wifi's not free no kitchen
The staff were rude and impaitient. The lift was not working properly and sometimes it would stop on the way and the door would get locked so u had to press the restore button and then your destination again. One time i even pressed the restore button but it didnt work and i got stuck in the lift and when one of the staff came to open it she was so rude as if i have done something wrong. And no free wifi
cigarette smoke that enter my room in the morning...........
- friendly staff. - clean bathroom.
- price of my room increased during the process of booking - not cool! - why in a hotel do I have to spend 10min preparing my own linens? - floors have cheap "youth hostel" feel.
Room is clean. Good location.
The shared shower room cannot be locked and is without curtain. No free wifi is inconvenient.
Low cost. 10-15min walk from train station. Newly renovated.
Got stuck in the elevator. Do not use if in a rush. Shower.
The location is excellent Great breakfast
Location near the old town Staffs were really nice Bed was comfortable Cleaned well
Location Decoration Staff Free WiFi Value for money
the staff speak good English; easy to reach city center
ventilation in corridors is poor
Very good location in the city centre, close to central station
Internet is not free.
the location is good, we can go to Hannover main station and most of the famous interests by walk. the staff is friendly
the pillow was not so comfortable
- you have to make your own bed when checking in … this is not mentioned anywhere and the pictures actually show readily made beds
City hostel is a good stay in the city center, friendly staff, accessible and clean rooms, a good place to stay if you're staying in Hannover for one or a few days
Hannover has not connected to the internet by now; you have to pay extra if you want wifi, the only alternative they offer (one pc in the lobby) is officially the slowest thing I ever (tried to) work on
The location, the bed was comfortable, clean wc
There is no free wifi, you have to pay 5 euros for it.
The place was nice and clean and towels are provided and changed daily.
The room was very hot at night. Air conditioning did not seem to work and having the window open resulted in hearing a lot of noise from the street. This was particularly bad on the Saturday night as there is a car park out the back. Screens on showers were also clear so provided no privacy if someone were to come into the bathroom.
Great location, close to every important spots. The hostel is joined with a hotel, so that is why there is a nice lobby and good breakfast.
You have to pay 5 euro for WiFi every 24h! But it works only in the lobby and it is very inconvenient to go down from 5th floor just to check your e-mail. So, it is not surprising that German cities occupy half of the top10 of the wifi-unfriendly cities in Europe for tourists (according to Kayak).
The room is nice. Central area and easy to find. The bar and restaurant is good.
There is no free wifi in this hotel, can only buy the service for 24 hours even if you only need 2 hours.
Close to the centre The employees were nice
Room is small €5,- for the wifi Shower looks old No lockers on the room
location is good
A bit further walk from HBf than others nearer (about 1km) but €20 cheaper a night and only 1 stop out on UBahn
The location was great. It was easy to hit all the city center locations. The bed was pretty comfortable and I felt safe.
My room smelled kind of musty. I know that hotels in Hannover are expensive, but it was kind of expensive for a single room.
The Price Breakfest good value for money
Very conveniently located, they gave us a room with a private bathroom even though we had booked a shared one.
There is no free wifi in the hostel and the breakfast is expensive.
