Very pretty location. Arrived after 1 am and hotel was locked up. Had to stay in a nearby hotel for one night. Difficult parking.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt 'Beim Weinbauern' sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war neu renoviert. Besonders, dass wir unseren Hund (Cocker Spaniel) mitmehmen durften hat uns zu dem Aufenthalt 'Beim Weinbauern' bewegt. Wir haben dort eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Eigentlich gibt es keine Beschwerden, nur Anregungen. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert, doch dort fehlen noch Handtuchhaken, eine Garderobe und die Böden im Schrank um seine Kleidung dort unterzubringen.

Familiekamer voor vier personen was daadwerkelijk opgesplitst in twee ruime slaapkamers. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid. Het personeel, behalve bij het ontbijt, was niet erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kreeg het gevoel dat het eind van het toeristenseizoen naderde en ze niet veel zin meer hadden er nog veel moeite in te steken. Er hing een rioleringslucht. Volgens het personeel kwam dat van buiten, maar was wel in hele hotel te ruiken. Bubbelbad functioneerde niet.

Wandelingen door de wijngaarden. Verzorgde, uitgebreide en lekkere maaltijden. Het ontbreken van een lift. Voor onze kamer : geluidshinder van de motor van een koel- of airco-installatie twee verdiepingen lager onder het raam (ook en vooral 's nachts).

Excellente situation au bord de la Moselle. La vue sur le fleuve est très belle. L'immeuble du XVIe siècle a gardé un charme fou. Une certaine indépendance (pas de réception sinon au weinstub). Un excellent petit déjeuner avec buffet copieux et maintenant dans l'hôtel même. Le lit de deux personnes est en fait la juxtaposition de deux lits qui se séparent facilement... Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur ni de service pour monter les bagages au 2e étage. Et le parking, pratique, est un peu loin (mais la promenade pour y aller ou en revenir est agréable car dans la ville ancienne).

Freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet!! Unsere Zimmer waren mit sehr alten Möbeln ausgestattet und die Tappeten hingen teilweise von der Wand! Es gibt in dem Haus aber auch sanierte Wohnungen, die sehr elegant eingerichtet sind inkl Badezimmer! Also bei jeder Buchung am besten die Sanierten Zimmer verlangen, da der Preis dafür gleich ist!!

Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Direkt an der Mosel. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geschmackvoll. Alles war immer sehr sauber. Die Betreuung durch das Personal ist einwandfrei, man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Am besten hat mir der Weinausschank vor dem Hotel gefallen. Da kann man gemütlich sitzen und dem Treiben auf der Moselpromenade zuschauen. Es war ein Traum! Überaus empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank! Das einzige, das mir nicht gefällt, ist, dass dieses Hotel fast dauernd ausgebucht ist ;o(

“I have never bothered to leave a review before, but this hostel was absolutely fantastic. The Dutch owners are lovely and very welcoming, and the rooms were really well presented. It has a lovely roof terrace with a view where we enjoyed some of the local (and reasonably priced) Mosel wine. It is also very close to the castle and one street from the touristy streets.
