clean and efficient, good breakfast and free landlines calls very good wireless internet did not work and there needs to be more knowledge with the staff on how to fix such a vital facility in a hotel frequented by business people who highly rely on such services. |

The Bellevue Hotel was lovely. The quadrouple/family room we stayed in was wonderful. Spacious clean and everything you need. The hotel is located in convenient area. Everything is within a walking distance. The hotel staff were lovely, always had a warm smile and were very helpful. |

The location was very good, being 15min walk to the shops along Kenigstrasse street and 20mins to the Alstadt (old town). The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very important about Wi Fi internet line . It’s free of charge. My best impression of this hotel is the staff. Quite nice breakfast started since 6.30 a.m. I shall recommend to my friends There is no air-conditioning and mini-bar in the room |

Good hotel with all the basic needs covered, nice staff, alright room and only five minutes from the main train station. Quiet street and for once no strip clubs or similar in sight. The hotell doesnt lend irons but has a washing service, I asked for my shirt to be ironed which never happened. |

The location was very good, being 15min walk to the shops and 20mins to the Alstadt (old town). The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The "bar" was merely a vending machine selling drinks and the rooms were often cold even though the radiators were on maximum. |

Great staff- extremely helpful and friendly, could not been better than them. My best impression of this hotel is the staff. Quite nice breakfast- not just the regular bred , serials and meat cuts, but also a selection of fruits, yougurts and the quark ( German cottage cheese). Good location- approx 5-7 minutes to the Hauptbanhof. But the hotel is located definately not in the best neighbourhood- sexshops and lots of Arabian cafes/bars/corner shops with certain people hanging out nearby. Did not feel very safe walking back to the hotel in the evenings. They were not agressive or unfriendly but you just do not feel quite safe walking alone past them.In general- a good hotel for a short stay or for a buziness trip but not for leisure. It is not a 4-star hotel. It is a terrific 2- star or an average 3- star hotel if judged by the rooms, furniture, etc. The furniture is quite outdated, there is no air-conditioning or mini-bar in the room ( which would be normal for a 4- star hotel), the carpet in my room was stained. Would definately not stay there again in summer time , as it was quite hot in the room even in mid-October- had to open the window for the night. The walls are in need of painting and the curtains have not been washed ever! The windows are not sound-proof either, so if you plan to sleep longer than 8 AM ask for a room overlooking the back yard. Paid 95 euros per night, which is a bit too high for this hotel. |

hotel is to königsalle und altstadt 15min.walking distance. There is a Kaufhof-shopping mall in 10 minutes walkings area. Besides the hotel is a bit old furnished but in general it's OK. |

The location is quite good, within maybe a 7 minutes walk of the main train station. The breakfast was nice, with hot eggs, sausages, fresh bread and yogurt, juices, cheeses, etc. I don't recommend it for the summer as they don't have A/C, the bed was extremely small, and they are not high in service. They don't even offer an iron for business travellers to use. I managed to borrow one, but it shorted the circuit for our entire floor, and it was an exception to be able to even borrow it. I need an iron for my business suits and shirts. |

Convenient for visiting the Old Town (approx 15 to 20 minutes walk), although you need to ensure you walk through the nice shopping streets. While there was a fridge that stocked alcohol, there was no bar facility. |

Staff - they really treated me nicely. Room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the fan in the room. The free wireless internet was a big part of my decision and it worked with no problems. |

This hotel is a real hidden gem in Dusseldorf. Though it is in the same price range of many hotels around the train station, it offers much more in the way of comfort and services. The hotel was quiet. My room was large. The breakfast was very good. Free wi-fi was offered throughout the hotel. This hotel offered a lot for a very affordable rate It is not located in the best spot ever. Not that it was unsafe, but it just isn't the most charming part of Dusseldorf. |
