Nice staff and our room was great. The Sofa I slept on had not the best comfort but the double bed was great! Big toilett with lots of space!

Did not like the breakfast. Area was to small so people walked in to eachother and it feld like you sat in the way all the time.. The bread was no greate..

Price - you get what you pay for Location - hotel is in a nice quiet quarter, very close by foot to shopping boulevard Kurfurstendamm, also close to several metro stations The beds were clean and comfy

- the rooms were not cleaned good enough, even after the cleaning lady vacuumed, there was mess on the carpet - even we had non smoking room there was certain smell of smoking in the room - the shower outlet was kinda stuck so the water was not draining away - the breakfast was on the schedule of the hotel between 07:00-10:00, but we were told by the receptionist that it will be between 10:00 and 11:00, so we came there at 10AM, and were told by the cleaning ladies that the breakfast was until 10, but we can still eat, we felt awkward like we have to be in a hurry, because they were waiting for us to finish, but it tasted fine

I have really enjoy such during the my accommodation. Staff was really kind and nice , Daily maid service and clean room every day and very nice buffet Breakfast. Danke

Reception does not speak english. No parking but expensive garage, reception does not know where the garage is, can't explain who to get there, doesn'te even tell that it is on the same side of the road (No 19 and 4 on Emser Str.). Bed was made daily but no other cleaning (sink, toilet, vaccum). Breakfast-room was under rebuilding during stay. Only 4 tables for guests in a very tight space with almost no room to move around. Paid full price for breakfast despite the noise from rebuilding and the trouble and inconvinience at mealtimes.

Honestly I was only thankful that it was clean

Mostly everything. The rooms are tacky not cute. They arnt "old fashion" they are just old. Like we had a small awkward room with modern child like ikea bed. The bathrooms are small and I definitely wore shower shoes for sanitation reasons. It was very expensive because we came around new years so for us the price was not worth the stay. But my biggest problem was that there is wifi but you cant connect to the signal in your room so you have to sit by the front desk. When I was using the wifi one night the woman who worked at the front was leaving and locked the entrance to rooms without even giving me a warning! I was lucky after waiting for almost 20 mins that someone left their room and opened the door. The workers are just there to do the basics. They arnt helpful or go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

The clerks spoke english. Parking wasn't too hard to find. Location & price were OK.

The cover says this is a 3 star hotel, but it seem more like a 2 or even a 1. The pictures are nothing like the rooms we got. The tv was an older model which it would be fine but it was only 13in, and it didn't work.

Basic, but clean and decent. Rich breakfast. Close to public transport and shopping. Excellent value for money overall.

Very friendly lady on reception, good location and clean functional room all I needed for one night. Breakfast was ok,no complaints.

Nice cozy place. Very helpful staff . I had an early flight in and got at the hotel way before the check-in, planning to drop off my bags and come back later. No problemo said Diana, just give us a few minutes and we'll make sure your room is available now! Very appreciated! Very helpful as well, when it came on providing info on how best to visit the city, what to visit, ways to get to the airport...

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. We were only in our room for sleeping. its was in a good area, with in walking distance from great shopping and the Berlin Zoo. We also had dinner in the area one night at Cancun - tex mex bar and grill, food was great and they mixed great drinks. we would definately stay again.

Nothing to complain about, except for the fact that they did not accept the VAT form for military members.

Noise easily penetrates through the walls

The room was very nice, cosy and clean and the breakfast really good. The hotel is 20 min from the center and 10 min away from Freie Universitat, so if you are visiting the university for a conference or something this is ideal.

The internet connection is very poor.

The hotel is well situated in a quiet and charming district of the former West Berlin. Near to the hotel there are some bus stops and a metro station. There is a good connection via public transport with the museum island where the best museums of the city are located. Especially recommended for russian speaking guests because the whole hotel personnel is speaking Russian. The staff is very amiable and efficient. The quality-price ratio is really good.

Great location, single room was with double bed !! :) , good breakfast and helpful staff, room was clean, I 'll come back a next time

I had nice neighbours so I did not hear them but if you don't have nice people, you might be disturb by noice
