Personal an Rezeption abends und an der Bar unfreundlich; Lage an der vielbefahrenen Hauptverkehrsstrasse - so laut, dass man Fenster nicht öffnen konnte - aber auch keine Klimaanlage verfügbar; Bad "abgewohnt"

die zentrale Lage Sauebrkeit des Zimmers, alte Badeinrichtung, Waschbecken etc. gehört dringend renoviert, Frühstück allenfalls durchschnittlich, am Sonntag wird man als Gast um 10.00 Uhr rausgeschmissen, damit der Sonntag brunch vorbereitet wird, der nicht für Hotelgäste vorgesehen ist, sehr peinlich

Die Bäder müssen erneuert werden sind in einem schlechten zustand waren aber sauber.Der Parkplatz für ein 4 Sterne Hotel müsste Gebührenfrei sein.

In kamer 101 had ik een fantastische kamer. Deze ambieer ik ook bij de volgende beurs in maart. Kan niet anders zeggen dan een prima hotel met een goed verzordg ontbijtbuffet en een goede keuken. In het atrium mag je roken en je kunt ook heerlijk buiten zitten in de tuin. Was hier voor het eerst maar kom 100% zeker terug.

Een klasse hotel! Vriendelijk personeel en een perfecte kamer. Zeker 4 sterren waard doordat ook alles zeer schoon was. Het eten was eveneens uitstekend alsmede het uitgebreide ontbijt. Zeker een aanrader en een top locatie voor shoppen in de winkelstraten pal achter het hotel. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug.

Wir sind 1 Tag früher abgereist und uns wurde der volle Preis berechnet,was nicht in ordnung ist. Werden im Mai noch mal in Hilden Freunde besuchen , wäre korrekt gewesen da die Nacht zu verrechnen. MfG. J.Holz

Das Frühstück war gut und ensprach dem allgemeinen Standard. Der Parkplatz war gleich neben dem Hotel gegen eine Gebühr. Die Anbindung zu Düsseldorf ist hervorragend.

Gepflegtes Hotel direkt in der Altstadt von Hilden - freundliche Mitarbeiter, Flat Rate für die Internetverwendung mit günstigem Preis, Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Bin mittlerweile zum wahrscheinlicn zehnten mal dort abgestiegen. Warscheinlich wars das letzte mal. Nichts für Langschläfer, ab spätestens 8 Uhr gehts rund, lautes Zimmerservice am Gang, Türe knallen, der 1. Stock wird renoviert, dementsprechend lautes Bohren und Hämmern - hier wäre ein Hinweis vor der Buchung angebracht - obwohl das Frühstück bis 10Uhr30 ist, gibts dann mittlerweile (das war die anderen Jahre wirklich anders) nur einen Kellner, der alles schupfen soll, und manchmal auch 10min nicht zu sehen ist und da man den Kaffee bekommt und sich nicht selber nimmt, können diese 10min auch lange sein. Im Moment nur zu empfehlen, wenn man früh auftsteht, nicht lange schlafen möchte/kann und nur wenige Tage dort bleibt.

Sehr nettes Servicepersonal beim Frühstück und auch beim Abendessen. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist nicht besonders freundlich, mit Ausnahme des sehr freundlichen Nachtportiers. Eine kleine Auswahl Fisch zum Frühstück wäre schön. Lachs z.B.

Very clean, fresh air, comfortable for sleeping, very comfortable bed and pillow. Bathroom clean but does not fit 4* standards. In 21 century internet is like a fresh air, you can not charge 8 EUR/hour for internet connection!

Die Nähe zur Stadt und zum Weihnachtsmarkt Das Waschbecken im Bad ist dringend zu erneuern.Hatten gedacht, dass es beim Komfort-Zimmer besser ist als im Standard-Zimmer. Beim Frühstück war Tischdecke nicht sauber und sehr viel Porzellan angeschlagen. Von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarten wir besseres Frühstück.
