Quirky, made up of 5 or 6 different hotels, each on different floors. Nice and quiet, but only a 5 min walk to station then 3 min on train to centre.

When we came, Olga at Reception greeted us as friends, showed us the room & gave a lot of information about the hotel & the city. Breakfast is very good and the service is perfect. It's very clean, quiet, situated in a nice area near the university and all the major attractions, including the main shopping street. Dammtorpalais is a beautiful building.

At the reception very friendly, professional people, room and bathroom clean, cosy, everything was at the place you expect to find it Tne lift was often crowded...not easy to get it in rush hours

Almost of the hotel is very good, but my room was small a little. The point of small/narrow is exceped, I did'nt care of Hotels facilities. I thank you very much for morning female receptionist ( did'nt ask her name) is a very kindness. My shopping in the downtown, gave me a detailed information on writing and I bought a goods : Canned smoked herring. Thank you very much for Bellmoor Hotel/Hiro Otsuka

Meget venlige og proffessionelle/familiære (uden at være påtrængende) atmosfære. Den personlige severing af morgenmaden, stor hjælpsomhed ved receptionen m.v. Beliggenheden i gåafstand til centrum og øvrige attraktioner. Alle offentlige transportmidler tæt ved.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die nette Dame, welche den Frühstücksservice führte war einfach super! Jeden Morgen freundlich und aufmerksam! Kann man nur empfehlen!!! Das Bad war schon etwas älter und hat eine Renovierung dringend nötig!!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Mitarbeiterin ist sogar "extra" morgens früher gekommen, um Frühstück zu servieren. Großes Lob, für diesen Service Zunächst wollte man mir ein "Raucher-Zimmer" anbieten, obwohl aus meinem Profil sich klar ein Nichtraucher-Zimmer ergibt.

Очень понравился персонал. Своим дружелюбным и уважительным отношением и готовностью помочь по любым вопросам. Вкусные завтраки. 1) Отсутствие шампуня в номере. 2) Не было нормального доступа в Интернет, wifi ловил только в коридоре и непостоянно. Однако заявлялось, что такая услуга есть, и предоставляется бесплатно.

Die Lage war super, das Hotel ruhig gelegen. Das Zimmer entsprach in keinster Weise den auf der Homepage auf Fotos dargestellten Zimmer. Es war sehr klein, Abstellraum!. Das Badezimmer insbesondere die Dusche war nicht sauber. Sehr unangenehm, da das Hamburg-Wochenende einschl. Übernachtung ein Geschenk war!

Die Lage ist gut, um mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln Hamburg zu erkunden Das Gebäude mit mehreren Hotels wirkt ungepflegt. Das Zimmer zur Straße und Bahn hin war sehr laut, offenes Fenster nicht möglich. Das Bad sehr klein. Das Frühstück, kein Buffet, war jeden Morgen das gleiche. Für mehrere Tage langweilig.
