friendly staff; nice breakfast Our first room was directly next to the breakfast room and the reception and thus very noisy. After the first night, I asked for a quieter room and was given one. However, when I paid the bill at the end of our stay, it turned out that the second room was slightly more expensive than the first one. We should have been informed about that when we were given the second room. |

Friendly staff and helpful with my questions... first time in Germany. Good old fashion feeling to the hotel. Outside of my room.... it is a bit smoky for a non-smoker, however my room did not smell of smoke. |

Location was very good to city centre and transportation services. Breakfast was very nice. Bathroom spacious and clean. Our room faced the train station nearby, was very noisey at night, difficult to sleep. |

Ik ben heel erg te spreken over de service. Het personeel was vriendelijk en buitengewoon hulpvaardig. Niet dat het echt storend was maar de ontbijt/lunchruimte kan niet afgesloten worden en dat is 's-ochtends wat gehorig. |

Sehr nahe an der Stadtmitte, zentral gelegenes, sauberes Hotel.Viel vom Hotel aus zu Fuss erreichbar.Oeffentliche Verkehrsmittel gute Anbindung! Sehr kleine Zimmer, im Bad zu eng zum Umdrehen, Fenster im Bad nicht zu schliessen! Zimmer zu nahe aneinander! |
