Quirky, made up of 5 or 6 different hotels, each on different floors. Nice and quiet, but only a 5 min walk to station then 3 min on train to centre.

When we came, Olga at Reception greeted us as friends, showed us the room & gave a lot of information about the hotel & the city. Breakfast is very good and the service is perfect. It's very clean, quiet, situated in a nice area near the university and all the major attractions, including the main shopping street. Dammtorpalais is a beautiful building.

At the reception very friendly, professional people, room and bathroom clean, cosy, everything was at the place you expect to find it Tne lift was often crowded...not easy to get it in rush hours

Almost of the hotel is very good, but my room was small a little. The point of small/narrow is exceped, I did'nt care of Hotels facilities. I thank you very much for morning female receptionist ( did'nt ask her name) is a very kindness. My shopping in the downtown, gave me a detailed information on writing and I bought a goods : Canned smoked herring. Thank you very much for Bellmoor Hotel/Hiro Otsuka

Hotel was very clean and efficient. Only negative for me was no tea / coffee making facilities in the room, which are always helpful when away on business. Other than that , it was great

Die Lage ist gut, um mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln Hamburg zu erkunden Das Gebäude mit mehreren Hotels wirkt ungepflegt. Das Zimmer zur Straße und Bahn hin war sehr laut, offenes Fenster nicht möglich. Das Bad sehr klein. Das Frühstück, kein Buffet, war jeden Morgen das gleiche. Für mehrere Tage langweilig.

Die Leute dort ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke perfekt. das Hotel ist schon älter, zumindest die Ausstattung. Unser economie Zimmer hatte eine in das Zimmer gebaute und in das Zimmer offene Dusche. Es war sehr klein. Das EZ war auf das Nötigste beschränkt.

Zentrumsnähe Gemütliche Ausstattung Diele und Eßzimmer Freundliches Personal Es war das "Marathon-Wochende", und der Zimmerpreis (150€) war zu hoch für das kleine Zimmer und das kleine Bad.

Sehr gut gelegen. Man konnte bequem zu Fuß zur Alster gehen oder ansonsten war auch die S-Bahn Station nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig und wir hatten des öfteren das Problem das die Türklinke rausgefallen ist. Das Problem wurde jedoch sofort behoben.
