This was a great hotel for my purpose. I had a conference at the HCC and the hotel was close to that, the train and downtown. The accommodations were very comfortable and breakfast was very nice. |

Conveniently located, with friendly staffs. The room is not spacious, but I do not mind.Very clean. Since few years, Internet access (WiFi) has been introduced to improve the life during stay even more. I always use this hotel for business, but see many couples apparently for leisure as well. |

friendly staff; nice breakfast Our first room was directly next to the breakfast room and the reception and thus very noisy. After the first night, I asked for a quieter room and was given one. However, when I paid the bill at the end of our stay, it turned out that the second room was slightly more expensive than the first one. We should have been informed about that when we were given the second room. |

Ich habe das Hotel vor allem wegen der für mich guten Lage genommen. Außerdem war es gegenüber anderer Hotels etwas im Preisvorteil. Ich hatte leider ein Zimmer bei/in der Nähe des Eingangs/Frühstückraums/ der Raucherecke und da war die Rauchbelästigung für mich groß. Weil die Zimmertür nicht dicht war. Das Frühstück war bis auf die Tatsache dass Wurst und Käse immer zu dick geschnitten war und das weiche Ei drei von sechs mal ein hart gekochtes Ei war, gut. Das Brot beim Frühstück war immer teilweise recht hart. |

子供２人を連れて行ったためか広い奥の部屋を用意していただき、快適に過ごすことができました。ハンブルグ- カードを受付で発行してくれて、前日夕方５時から使えたので、ダムトーア駅から歩いてすぐなので有効に使う- ことができました。駐車場が無料なのが有難かったです。 |

Aufgrund der noch recht zentralen Lage zum Zentrum, dass fußläufig zu erreichen ist, habe ich mich für das Hotel entschieden. Das Frühstück mit Bedienung war gut, aber trotzdem hätte ich mir ein Frühstückbuffet gewünscht. Wegen des beengten Frühstückraums könnte man meines Ermessens das Buffet in der angrenzenden Empfangshalle aufbauen. Wäre zwar nicht ganz optimal, aber immer noch besser als derzeit (freundliche Bedienung, aber Wartezeiten bis das Frühstück serviert war). |

Das Ambiente in diesem alten Gründerzeithaus war schön Alt und nicht mehr alles in Ordnung. Das Fenster im Bad hatt eine alte Buntglasscheibe, die teilweise heruasgebrochen war und insgesamt herauszubechen drohte. Sonst war es OK |
