Right next to S-bahn and U-bahn - very handy for getting around town. Workout room downstairs very nice ! Overall appearance was a hotel that had been totally remodeled from top to bottom and was a delight. Really liked the huge black and white photos of Köln that adorned the walls of the hotel on every floor. The staff could not have been more helpful. We stayed for one of the larger Kölnmesse conventions and every room in town is booked and the rates are astronomical everywhere. That was only down side. That and the fact that for €399 / night you expect the normal inclusive breakfast and internet access to be included. |

The rooms are very big and comfortable. Perfect for a long stay. The hotel is positioned right next to the S-Bahn to the fair grounds and the airport but you don't hear the trains at all in the hotel. During the important trade shows the prices are unreasonably high. |

The staff was very friendly, and ease of reaching all important locations in the city. The rooms were nice and fairly large however, a double bed means that two twin beds were put one next to the other, and for a 4 star hotel you would expect to have regular queen or king beds. We paid 399 euros plus vat per night and we were terribly disapoined by the fact that there was no restaurant within the hotel and also in the 3 nights that we stayed there we did not manage to get the internet working in the room. The internet was very slow in the parts of the hotel where a wireless connection was available. The price per night was high I assume due to the fact that there was a fair in Cologne during this period. At a price for under 100 euros the hotel would probably be a good option - especially if you can get the internet working. |

That it is in Koln not far away from bussiness area and koln messe It is almost imposible to sleep due to the train rails and train station that is next to it, you fell the vibration of the train in bed until 3 am plus the train noise, if I open the window I was in the train station. I will never stay on it again. |

The central location and spacious rooms. The three most important things I look for in a hotel are a comfortable bed, a clean room, and hot water. This hotel had no hot water in the mornings. Everytime we complained the hotels staff informed us that they were working on it and would fix the problem in 5 minutes, which did not happen and we had to leave the hotel in the mornings without taking a much needed shower. |

Very good location, right next to the train station. Spacious rooms. Fruit, coffee, water available for free at the lobbie all around the clock. For the price we paid I would have expected the breakfast to be included (extra charge 18 euro per person). Nothing in the bathroom exept for hand soap and shower gel. |

For a night's stay, it is okay. We arrived a bit late in the evening and the snack bar was closed already. |

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and willing to work with me. The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the Dome so it was in a great location. The breakfast was a little pricy for my taste but there was a nice little coffe shop right next door so we ate there. |

it has a brilliant location. right beside the s bahn and it takes then 1 minute to get to the city center. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spotless. The only thing was that its so near the s bahn that it can be a bit loud but this did not bother us but if you are a light sleeper this could be a problem so i would ask for a room out front. |

The room is huge! Location is perfect for a city trip - 12 min on foot to Dom or 1 stop by S-Bahn. The noise from the trains isn't that bad as described in other reviews, of course if you're not a light sleeper. I had a perfect stay overall. |
