The hotel was located not far from the train station, the town centre and Alster Lakes. We had a nice bathroom and everything was clean. Breakfast was a typical continental style buffet - lots of cheese and processed meat. 2 types of scrambled eggs (with or without meat). Variety of bread, cereals, fruit, and yoghurt. Very firm mattress which we like.

It was not so straight forward to find the hotel but after knowing the route it was easy to remember. Other travellers may find the surrounding area less salubrious as there was what appeared to be a drop in centre en route from the station to the hotel where there were queues/crowds of people. We took a wide berth. The Wi-Fi connection was useless on the second floor. Consequently the one and only PC in the lobby was always in use. I'm not sure if we were supposed to have a mini-bar as there was a cupboard which should have been a mini-bar with a duvet stuffed in it.

Wonderfull breakfast, good location - 15 minutes walk from the city center, the rooms are being made up very carefully. The rooms are really clean. Very good impression about this hotel in total.

The triple room is very narrow.

Was advertised on booking.com as a queen size bed but was just two singles joined together, next time please do not false advertise.

This was an awesome hotel choice for my city trip. The location was great being away from crowded streets and near a subway station. The building was very clean. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Great value hotel.

Extremely uncomfortable bed. The mattress was really firm and stiff.

Price is the best. Clean room and bathroom. All necessary things are in the hotel. Free wi-fi in the rooms. Good three star hotel.

Not really good location, quite far from the railway station and no way to take a bus or smth, so it's not nice to go more that 15 minutes with all your laggage. Also 15-20 minutes to the city centre and your way will be though the not pretty area.

Near to the central railway station and to the historic center of the city.

A very noisy location. An alone women would feel confortable in the last 300 m. walk to the hotel. Delay with an hour by check-in.

The hotel was just ok. It was trying hard to be better than it was, which was appreciated (Haribo gummys on the pillow, for example) but overall it is a mediocre place. Everything was the bare minimum of 3- star quality. Totally fine for a short, uninspired stay. Close to the bus station (only about 5 minutes) but a bit hard to find at first.

One can tell that they spared every expense. It didn't really feel worth the price but then again most hotels in the area, including hostels, were charging the same for a double room. I don't regret staying there but I'd try another place next time.

Good location, away from the city noise. A 10 minute walk to the central station. Room were clean and tidy, staff helpful.

The only good thing about this hotel was the rooms were clean and they had a lift.

Where do I start, the first room we were given had a broken TV and broken air conditioning. We were asked to drag all our luggage back down to the reception to bring them back up to another room. The shower room/toilet in the second room obviously had the floor laid incorrectly as when the shower was used it flooded the floor entirely and left water sitting around the entire bathroom and toilet which wouldn't drain. We had to limit use of the shower as we were terrified of it flooding the sleeping space. The views are of building sites and carparks. The evening staff spoke extremely limited english and when we asked for aid in ordering food from a take away they were completely unwilling to help. The day staff were rude and cold. The pictures of this hotel are also a misrepresentation, I assumed from the pictures that there was going to be a bar of some sort. But there is only a vending machine. An awful hotel with awful staff. I am actually in the process of logging a complaint with them.

The location near to city senter. It's not a nice area though, heavy traffic on both sides.

Location is okay for the area, though very close to town (10minutes walk). The Price we paid was so low, nothing could beat the combination of the above points. Breakfast was very good, wide variation. Parking on sundays for free on street. Well done modernising the hotel.

Beds were hanging through, new matresses needed. Noisy street, though with a couple of beers I slept right through. Like said, Location is in a busy street area, no charm.

Only the wifi is not strong enough network to all floor. So weak......

This hotel has a very good value for money. The room was clean. The hotel is close to the central station (5 - 10 min on foot).

The wi-fi didn't work in the room and worked just a little bit at the reception or in the corridor.

Excellent value for money. The rooms are comfort enough for most travellers, you have tv, fridge, the room is kept clean and not cold. All ppl from the reception are very well english speaking and willing to help with absolutely anything, I really appreciate the attitude. One guy even stepped out of the hotel to show us where to go. . The location is approx. 15min walk to the city centre, S bahn is nearby.

The hotel has a paid indoor parking lot downstairs. However, the ramp is too steep so many cars (including ours) had big troubles getting in (if you dont want to scratch it or have your car being rescued). There are other parking spots around though, sundays and holidays for free. Wifi is not working in the rooms properly, even not near the reception. You have to look through the hallways to find a signal if you need it. Not good for business ppl. The location is in a little strange area but seems safe though. There is a hotel bar but did not seem to attract many at the time we were around. I would also prefer not to pay for the breakfast.
