The view of the canal was exceptional. Good restaurants near by. Staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

I can't really speak bad about here.

location is good. It is very near from a station. The view from a hotel is wonderfull.

We stayed at the highest floor, there was no elevator.

Nice room and views and location.

We booked a room relatively last minute as a treat during our hostel heavy Germany vacation. Beautiful room but service made for a severe challenge since our german isn't great (we got by fine in Berlin and rostock where perhaps more international tourism occurs). Staff made us feel guilty for the language barrier even though we were trying and are not completely useless with the language. I'm really cognizant of the fact that English is worldwide but not everyone's first language and I find it rude as an English speaking traveler to assume that people in foreign countries can speak it. Some humility and respect for the culture you are visiting is important. After saying that, if you don't have strong german proficiency keep it in mind for hotels not in typical int. tourist destinations. Because it can dampen the mood if you don't feel welcome!

Loved the position, it was great for shopping ,eating out lovely view as well as it was right across from the water and great for anyone going on a cruise from the port of Warnemuende. And the staff were lovely and very helpful.

I would have liked to have had a bar fridge.
