It was too cold in the room. Probably the hotel is for spring stay.

Clean rooms, disposable hairbrush, locker. Freshly fried eggs in the morning and squeezed orange juice.

The toilet could not flush after 5 trials. It happened twice with the same result. And taking into account that there is no actual door between the toilet and the room, only a folding-screen, the smell was not the best. Rooms are quite small. The breakfast is not a buffet. You should order what you want to eat. In the menu the same stuff as usually in the buffet breakfast, but I felt uncomfortable to list all the things I want to eat before the waiter.

Good location close to the shops and Christmas markets. Secure car park across the road with easy access for bags of shopping etc. friendly staff. Good size room with a decent shower. Breakfast included in the price. Perfect hotel for our needs.

Hotel looked abit tired and the rooms were abit drab with dated bathrooms but I think the hotel represents value for money. There was no kettle in the room, not a major problem if you bring your own. The breakfast buffet would be slightly limited for a longer stay but fine for a couple of nights.

Perfect value for money!

The location was good. The Stuff was very friendly and helpfull.

The room was very small and there was no insulation between rooms. İ could hear noises.

Bathroom a bit too "retro"

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice.

There was no air conditioning in the hotel. The staff did find a fan for us, but we had to have the windows open and the street was quite noisy. If you are traveling during cooler seasons it would be fine, but it is very warm on the 3rd floor in August!

The staff were excellent: friendly, generous and informative. The rooms were clean, neat, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was unhurried in a pleasant light dining room. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the centre of a beautiful town.

After booking through booking.com, I sent an e-mail to the Hotal asking about parking, and got an instant and helpful response. When we arrived, there were no formalities, we were given the remote control for the Hotel garage (just over the road) and our room key. Very comfortable room, individual design and ornament (in the corridors too), free wi-fi. Very attractive second-floor terrace at the back with garden and a little pavilion to sit and read in, which we would have used had the weather been better. Excellent breakfast in a light and contemporary-feeling room. Would certainly stay there again.

Very nice breakfast. Rooms are clean, not so big but certainly big enough! Free wi-fi.
