“After booking through booking.com, I sent an e-mail to the Hotal asking about parking, and got an instant and helpful response. When we arrived, there were no formalities, we were given the remote control for the Hotel garage (just over the road) and our room key.”

Clean, good breakfast, helpful staff, good wifi, parking - although charged for. Easy walking distance to centre, excellent position and generall quiet. Room slightly small and would be hot during the summer, no ac.

Small and cosy with the small but very cosy (again) garden 1) Too small bathroom combined with WC (basically you should sit on the seat with the open door) 2) Breakfast is served by the garsons. They are rather fast but if I can serve myself (as I usually do) I'd make it faster

The hotel is quite compact and the standard rooms are a little on the small side. However they are very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very well placed to walk to the old town with all the stunning architecture and the cafe society lifestyle. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast supplied was good. I would be happy to stay here again.

Clean rooms, disposable hairbrush, locker. Freshly fried eggs in the morning and squeezed orange juice. The toilet could not flush after 5 trials. It happened twice with the same result. And taking into account that there is no actual door between the toilet and the room, only a folding-screen, the smell was not the best. Rooms are quite small. The breakfast is not a buffet. You should order what you want to eat. In the menu the same stuff as usually in the buffet breakfast, but I felt uncomfortable to list all the things I want to eat before the waiter.

Good location close to the shops and Christmas markets. Secure car park across the road with easy access for bags of shopping etc. friendly staff. Good size room with a decent shower. Breakfast included in the price. Perfect hotel for our needs. Hotel looked abit tired and the rooms were abit drab with dated bathrooms but I think the hotel represents value for money. There was no kettle in the room, not a major problem if you bring your own. The breakfast buffet would be slightly limited for a longer stay but fine for a couple of nights.

This hotel had a great location for us, a short walk from the train station and a short walk to the major sights of the town. There was no confusion about our reservation, the room was clean and well supplied, but not luxurious. The breakfast that they provided was abundant and the courteous service at breakfast was unexpected and a real pleasure. The breakfast consisted of fresh fruits, eggs made to order, a wonderful assortment of breads, cereals, juices, hot beverages, yogurts, cheeses.

The staff were excellent: friendly, generous and informative. The rooms were clean, neat, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was unhurried in a pleasant light dining room. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the centre of a beautiful town.

The situation of the hotel is very good right in central Aachen. Very friendly personel and comfotable rooms. Breakfast is ok but not great (not a breakfast buffet). The hotel have private parking in a garage for 8 Euro extra, good because it was hard finding a parking spot on the street.

After booking through booking.com, I sent an e-mail to the Hotal asking about parking, and got an instant and helpful response. When we arrived, there were no formalities, we were given the remote control for the Hotel garage (just over the road) and our room key. Very comfortable room, individual design and ornament (in the corridors too), free wi-fi. Very attractive second-floor terrace at the back with garden and a little pavilion to sit and read in, which we would have used had the weather been better. Excellent breakfast in a light and contemporary-feeling room. Would certainly stay there again.

Breakfast served at the table with (among others) freschly cooked eggs, fresch tasteful fruits, choice of bread types... Clean room. Reasonable mini-bar prices. Friendly staff.

Ligging; rust 99 euro (incl. gewoon ontbijt) voor een 1-persoonskamer met een morsige vloerbedekking en 70-er jaren sanitair en een piepend bed vind ik te veel. Geen lounge waar je nog even kunt zitten en een ontbijtkamer die benauwd en warm is. Kortom te veel geld, voor te weinig.

Tres calme, aucun bruit. Wifi gratuit (sans enregistrement impliquant des spam) . Le petit dejeuner est tres bien. Ma chambre etait particulierment petite (lit simple), mais sur un plan, j'ai pu voir que ce n'etait pas le cas des autres.
