All the hotel staff were extremly helpful. The room , a rear room, was quiet with almost no noise at night despite what seemed to be a fairly full hotel. |

Very friendly staff, clean pleasant and spacious room. Breakfast was very good. Recommendations for dinner were also good. Interior courtyard had wonderful mural. Strongly recommended. We had large double room. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple, but filling and plentiful, it was included in our room price and well worth it. The hotel itself makes an amazing use of space, and is very efficently laid out. |

I highly recommend Hotel Benelux. The location is ideal because it is so close to the Dom square. Parking is available on site or right around the corner in a large parking garage. The rooms are very very clean and comfortable. Also, the staff is very friendly and breakfast is served to you at your table. Who could ask for more! |

Sehr gut hat uns das Ambiente und die besondere Freundlichkeit an des Personals im Frühstücksraum gefallen. Das Hotel liegt ideal zur Innenstadt und kann mit dem Auto gut erreicht werden. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Leider war der Frühstücksraum zur vorgerückten Frühstückszeit so stark frequentiert, dass man warten musste. Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel war der Preis etwas zu hoch, was an der Weihnachtsmarkt-Saison liegen kann. |

Le calame et la proximité du centre ville. Le rapport qualité/prix est sans doute un peu élevé pour le type d'hôtel même si sa situation en ville est un de ses atouts |

Une prise électrique placée derrière un fauteuil, complètement déchaussée, complètement en dehors du mur, avec les fils électriques sortis de la prise, particulièrement dangereux, susceptibles de créer, un incendie ou une électrocution. La chambre 'petite' était en réalité minuscule, avec un lit dans un coin, contre le mur, pas pratique et pas confortable, entouré d'un entourage en bois épais. Je devais échafauder ce bord en bois épais, plus élevé que le sommier, pour pouvoir entrer dans le lit. |

Nah am Dom. Zimmer war sauber. Einrichtung der Zimmer stammt aus den 80ern. Grüne Kacheln, braunes Waschbecken etc. Doppelzimmer sehr klein, Doppelbett auch kleiner als üblich. Für den Preis von 120 € viel zu teuer! Lieber ins Acquis Grana gehen (vier Sterne zum gleichen Preis). Frühstück auch nicht top. Kein Buffet, man muss alles einzeln bestellen = nervig. Zimmer zur Straße sind laut, wenn man das Fenster aufmacht. |
