The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although, the hotel furniture is a bit outdated, the stay is very pleasant and convenient.

The room accomodation and the environment in general Wireless Internet wasn't working in the first day, and the attendant told me that at 6 o'clock it was impossible to fix it. Not a good thing for a business traveller like me!

Sehr nettes Wellnesspersonal. Familie ist auch sehr freundlich. schade ,dass das Hotel am Sonntag und Montagabend geschlossen hat..

Pfarrkirche,NärrischeZeit in Tiengen Am morgen früh sind Zimmerfrau dürch Flohr gelaufen ,laut geschprochen und mich aufgewachen.Keine Ruhe wegen Personal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Das Zimmer, der Wellnessbereich, die Massage war super super gut, das Restaurant, der Service, das Essen! Die Küche ist sehr langsam, man wartet auch nur auf einen Salat und Pommes sehr lange!

Sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre, auch im Restaurant. Freundliche Begrüßung an der Rezeption, zuvorkommende Bedienung im Restaurant. Tolle Saunalandschaft, saubere und schöne Zimmer. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut, komme gerne wieder.

Großes und ruhiges Zimmer. Parkplätze kostenlos in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Bäder sollten einmal erneuert werden.

Etablissement familial, très tranquille. Décor boisé. Les chambres et les salles de bains sont spacieuses. Le personnel est très sympathique. La carte du restaurant est variée (cuisine internationale et régionale).

Sehr schöne ruhig gelegenene Zimmer, die heute auf modernstem Stand sind. Frühstück hat zahlreiche Auswahlmöglickeiten. Unüblich für ein Wellneshotel, daß Früstück nur bis 10.00 Uhr, auch am Wochenende angeboten wird. Das Restaurant hatte bei uns nicht das 4- Sterne- Niveau des Hotels erreicht.

Hier geslapen ivm fabrieksbezoek. Uitstekend Hotel, restaurant is culinair gezien standaard maar op zich prima. Absoluut vriendelijk personeel. Zou zo maar is vast adresje kunnen worden.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wellness-Anlage. Alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sauber gehalten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber. Die Speisen und der Service im Restaurant sind sehr gut. Für uns war schade, dass das Restaurant ausgerechnet am Sonntag geschlossen ist. Leider haben am Sonntag viele andere Restaurants ebenfalls geschlossen und die Auswahl in Tiengen ist dann ziemlich eingeschränkt.

Zeer vriendelijk [personeel Ontbijt is zeer goed. Wij hadden eerst een kamer met weing comfort, terwijl we die wel geboekt hadden. Na reklamatie kregen we de volgende morgen een prima kamer met airco en zitruimte. Hotel had 3 weken vakantie ( geen koks aanwezig ), we konden er sávonds niet eten. slechts één iemand van personeel in de avond aanwezig,Sávonds was er niemand te zien en was je alleen in het hotel, dus gezellig aan de bar of in een hotel zitje was er niet. Ook op het terras was er niemand. Als wij geweten hadden dat dit hotel vakantie had, dan waren we er niet naartoe gegaan. Om sávonds fatsoenlijk te eten moesten wij naar een ander dorp, 3 km. heen en terug.

Schöne Zimmer mit Kachelofen und Balkon. Fantastischer Wellnessbereich. Freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr gutem Kaffee. Weil es uns so gut gefallen hat, blieben wir spontan eine Nacht länger!
