Hotel garni Bergfriend & Schoenblick is centrally but yet idyllically located in the heart of Bad Reichenhall. All guest rooms have been refurbished and offer all comfort you are accustomed to. The new connecting annex of the hotel, finished in 2006, features a large, bright breakfast room and a spacious wellness area with steam bath, Finnish sauna, solarium, recreation room and outdoor area. We offer a well extended breakfast buffet each morning which you can enjoy in the bright surrounding of the new breakfast room with view of the garden. it looks fresh and clean, its quiet and friendly. I liked breakfast as it consist of fresh and healthy food. I was accepted with my pet too. I was surprised that they don't change bed sheet and don't clean dust durring stay. I prefere that more information was in English as only language was written was in German.

Der Balkon war nett! Das Frühstück war gut. Dass mir der Zimmerpreis für 7 Nächte voll berechnet wurde, obwohl ich die 7.Nacht nicht mehr dort verbringen konnte und dies auch angekündigt habe. Begründung war die Buchung über booking.com Auch hat mich die schlechte Belüftung des Treppenhauses und die daraus folgende Geruchsentwicklung auch im Zimmer gestört.

Selten ein so grosses und schönes Zimmer bewohnt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon der oberen Stockwerke ist einfach atemberaubend. Ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral. Das Frühstück ist schlichtweg erstklassig - alleine deshalb hätte es mindestens einen weiteren Stern verdient! Da im Bergfried der Lift zwischen den Stockwerken hält, ist es für schwere Koffer etwas umständlich. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas unbefriedigend. Direkt am Haus könnten es durchaus mehr sein. Wenn mit Wellnessangeboten geworben wird, müssten diese auch im Haus direkt angeboten werden. Sauna kostet extra (pro Person) und muss wohl vorangemeldet werden. Abends war zumindest alles dunkel und kalt...

The hotel was in a nice setting. The people were friendly. The rooms had lovely balconies and the hotel was situated within walking distance of the center of town. The breakfast was very nice. The staff did not speak much English so there was a language barrier.

De ontvangst was vriendelijk,de kamer was uitstekend en het ontbijt was voortreffelijk. Het hotel licht vlak bij het centrum,op loopafstand.Het is goed toeven in de stad,veel restaurants en andere uitgaansgelegenheden.

Hôtel très agréable dans une verdure et calme. En fait il s'agit de deux bâtiments liés par un passage où ce trouve la réception. Propreté impeccable, service impeccable, chambre impeccables. Emplacement à 15 km de Salzburg.

Het hotel was goed gelegen, dicht bij de autosnelweg. Ideaal voor een bezoek aan Salzburg. Alles was in orde en naar wens. Het personeel aan de balie kon naar ons gevoel vriendelijker zijn.
