The hotel has a lovely view both in the day and night. It is a romantic looking building with a balconly for dining during fine weather. I wish it had internet access. |

The hotel is located out of Trier, about 6 Km. drive, in a very quite and nice location with very nices views of the city. They have an execellent and elegant restaurant where we ate a very good dinner.Breakfast also was very nice. This hotel gives a very good value for the money it costs. I chose the hotel because I liked the looks of it and read the good recommendations of those who visited it. |

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and seem to really enjoy what they do, and do it with a wicked sense of humour. The hotel itself is charming, set high on the hill above Trier with fantastic views over the city. The terrace is a lovely place to spend an hour or so. The food was great, both breakfast and the dinners. We enjoyed our long walks through the nearby forest and down to Trier. The room was clean and very comfortable. One minor thing was that staff used the lobby to smoke even thought there were no smoking signs in the area. The cigarette smell drifted up to the rooms. |

The hotel was convenient to get to from Autobahn, very pretty location and view of Trier, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and service was good. The shower was a bit small for 6'2" 275 lb. man and it was tough to "reach all the parts" with the movable shower head given the small space, otherwise, all was just fine. |

It is well situated for visiting Trier and also close to the autoroute to Luxembourg. The restaurant is good and reasonably priced. |

The staff of the hotel was very good, helpful,friendly, especially the receptionist that was very professional, helped us change our rooms, we wanted a deluxe room with view. The view from the hotel is fantastic. The breakfast was good and the dinner was good too. Had escargot! |

Food was excellent, fabulous view, lovely and quiet, easy to find on SatNav, close to picturesque German villages. All the staff were friendly and spoke English. Ample on site parking. No tea and coffee in the room. Pillows were flat. |

The hotel is located on a hill with view on Trier. it's just marvelous. The hotel looks like a castle, but it used to be a farm, a big one. The family room is great: very large, more like an appartement, a new bathroom.It 's very quiet, and you enjoy a royal breakfast! Hotel Staff is friendly. |

This unusual hotel had a fantastic view of Trier and was easily accessible from the motorway, only a short easy drive into the city. Our meal in the restaurant was delicious, as was the breakfast. It was a good choice for an overnight stop, as we spent a lovely evening wandering the streets of the city and felt that it was not a day lost in travvelling. |
