遅いCheck-Inであったが、湖に面する部屋で、景色は、満点。Inter-net接続手配が出来ず、困った。 朝の食事が、８時からとのことであったが、何とか７時で食事をすることが出来たものの、フロントの人間が８- 時まで、居らず、結果、観光後再度ホテルに戻り清算・支払いをしてCheck-outとなった。結果、約１．５時間の時間の浪費。 |

Very pleasant hotel, good breakfast, lovely views of the Alps and nearby lake had a very enjoyable walk into fussen (beware takes 1hr 40mins to walk into the town though!) Dinner served was very average and overpriced for the quality. Service in the bar very slow and drinks also too overpriced. Would not recommend hotel restaurant but limited choice as no nearby options. |

I liked everything about my stay. I have stayed in hotels in very many countries. This one is certainly one of the most pleasant. I can recommend the restaurant - the quality of the food and the service were immaculate. The peacefulness was wonderful. |

The family pets at the hotel This was not a four star establishment. the pool and wellness area was not easy to find nor well thought out and didn't look like it had much use (not surprising as it was difficult to find). |

Calme, superbe terrasse panoramique pour prendre les repas avec vue sur le lac, piscine, sauna, hamam, petits déjeuner copieux, repas de qualité, Literie un peu molle, troisième lit pour enfant moyennement confortable mais ce n'est pas rédhibitoire. A 8 kms à l'extérieur de Fussen, compter 15 mns en voiture pour regagner les chateaux de Louis II. |

Hôtel très soigné, personnel aimable, petits déjeuners très variés et copieux, cuisine excellente, jolies chambres, spa impeccable (piscine avec belle vue, sauna, hamam, etc) avec peignoir, boissons (jus de fruits, tisanes variées) et graines diverses, sans frais supplémentaires. Parking gratuit sur place, endroit tranquille à la campagne. Dans l'un des lits, nombreux cheveux restés sur le drap et l'oreiller. Ce linge avait manifestement été lavé, mais sans être secoué au préalable! Dommage pour un 4 étoiles, par ailleurs hautement recommandable! |
