The apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms, kitchen (with w/machine & airer)) & bathroom. Accessed via lift. Supermarket & Ubahn nearby. Bathroom - shower curtain was too short so floor had to be mopped after each shower for safety.

Poloha apartmánu je výborná, ale to je bohužel jediná pozitivní věc, kterou o nich mohu říci. V případě, že budu opět v Berlíně, určitě se jim vyhnu. Расположение квартиры отличное, но это, к сожалению, единственный положительный момент. В случае, что я вернусь в Берлин, я точно не буду второй раз останавливаться в этих апартаментах. The location of the apartment is excellent, but unfortunately that's the only positive feature. If I ever come back to Berlin I would certainly not stay at these apartments again. Dobrý den, měla jsme tu “čest” bydlet v těchto apartmánech od 6. do 9.3.2013. Pokusím se být stručná. Za prvé provozovateli se půl hodiny nedalo dovolat, za druhé přišel o hodinu později k předání klíčů, než jsme se domluvili. Za třetí zpoždění bral za samozřejmost. Za čtvrté apartmány nebyly uklízené. Na podlaze byly špinavé stopy od bahna, ve skříních a na zemi vlasy, sklenice a jiné nádobí bylo špinavé a dveře do koupelny spojené se záchodem se nedali zavřít. Jelikož jsme v apartmánech bydleli ve třech a jsme kolegové z práce, kteří se spolu vydali na veletrh, bylo to velice nekomfortní. Во-первых, я не могла полчаса дозвонится человеку, который нам должен был передать ключи. Во-вторых, мы наконец договорились встретиться в определенное время, но нам пришлось прождать еще час. В-третьих, опоздание на час персонал апартаментов считает абсолютно нормальным. А в-четвертых, апартаменты не были подготовлены. На полу были следы от грязи, в шкафах и на полочках волосы, посуда была грязная, и дверь ванную и в туалет не закрывалась. Так как я жила там с двумя коллегами по работе, с которыми мы вместе поехали на выставку, это было очень некомфортно. First, I couldn't reach the person who was supposed to give us the keys, on the phone for half an hour. Second, we finally managed to arrange our meeting at a particular time, but we still had to wait one hour more. Third, the apartments staff think that being one our late is totally fine. And finally, the apartment had not been prepared. There were spots of dirt on the floor, hair in the wardrobe and the shelves, the dishes were dirty, and the bathroom door did not close properly. Since I stayed there with two colleagues who came with me to visit an exhibition, this was very uncomfortable.

O melhor é sua localização, bem perto de tudo que interessa em Mitte e com acesso a transporte públic. Ótimo apartamento, com design simples e despojado, com acesso direto ao jardim. Fica no térreo de um prédio residencial e é bem silencioso. Recomendo.para quem quer viver um pouco como berlinense. O único defeito é não ter wi fi. Faz falta para o turista pesquisar melhor a cidade.

La situation Il est important de téléphoner dès l'arrivée à l'aéroport. Sinon, personne n'est là pour vous recevoir. Appartement très difficile à trouver. Pas d'indication sur la porte. Le bureau de l'agence de location est tout aussi difficile à trouver. Le seul lien avec le bailleur est le numéro de téléphone; heureusement, ce lien a fonctionné.
