Berlin-Apartments  

Close proximity to two Berlin subway stations, spacious rooms, family style (no noise, calm people), very good breakfast (you can choose). No excessive intervention from staff. Just come, pay and do what you want- no difficulties. We were glad to see a good hotel for such fee.

Maybe it seems to be a little bit austere (strict style,nothing excessive). But for these money- excellent.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good- typical German breakfast with meats and cheeses.

Beds not comfortable and set up is more of a loft V. apartment.

Tatty venetian blinds on the windows don't keep light out

The staff were very welcoming. We arrived late afternoon when the lady at reception was clearly finishing her shift for the day but she accomadated us by letting us use the Office computer and Internet . The following morning at breakfast there was a lovely lady working. We arrived down to breakfast at about 9.45am- (Breakfast is served until 10am). She did not rush us or make us feel uncomfortable about being in the breakfast area long after we should have been gone. The breakfast had ceral choices/lots of juices. 3 different types of Fresh bread/Boiled Eggs and a platter of about 7/8 different meats and cheeses. There was also the usual Jam/Honey/Nutella and fresh fruit. There were many varieties of Herbal Tea and the staff made fresh coffee for us and brought it to our table. We we went down the next morning she did the same without having to ask her for it which I thought was a nice touch. We wanted to take some tea up to our bedroom and she kindly let us do that. The apartments themselves were very big and very clean. Towels/Hairdryer were supplied in the bathroom. The kitchen was also full with plates/cutlery/pots Kettle etc... The apartments were very easy to find. They were a 4/5 minute walk from the Underground. I would highly recommend these apartments for Price/Location and especially the staff.

Nothing, it was really cheap and I got what I paid for. I wouldn't bring my family . Make sure you arrive before 6pm, or no one their, you key will be placed in an external wall safe and you need to get the keycose

It's really cheap and you get what you pay for

On first arriving such a friendly lady greeted us. It made us feel welcome and secure and safe. Its a quick trip to all major sites on the rail system. We got breakfast as well as having cooking facilities, which is a benefit, although Berlin is just full of places you can find food. I would throughly recommend these apartments.

No free wifi but you can get that in cafes within 5-10 minutes so not a great problem. You can pay extra to get wifi.

The location was so good! Near tu u6 underground line and with only two stops to FriedrichStrasse. This line goes to Bus shuttle to Airport of Tegel too. The place was so quiet so you can rest without listen loud sounds or something like that. And the appartment was bigger than I expeted.

I don't know and I can't understand why in the appartments don't exist news curtains. The currents curtains are like the metal curtains of an old highschool and it's broken... it's very hard sleep with all the light comings from the morning sun through the window.

Close to U-bahn station (Schwartzkopf) but this does not seem to be mentioned in the info page for the apartments, which would be a good idea. Only staff contact was at breakfast, and despite an initial misunderstanding by the staff person about the cost of our 2 rooms, this was eventually straightened out. Rooms on the inside are quiet.

-Considerable traffic noise on street side rooms. -Walking to the building is not easy, due to considerable construction, and often no sidewalk, therefore a safety concern. -one room had a new TV with many channels, while the other room had an old TV with limited channels ?? -in the shower there was no place to put the soap dispenser.. -we received info about off-hour entry ONLY the evening before departure, and this should have been done at least 2 full days before -the pillows available were quite poor, since they were far too soft. -there was always a heavy smell of cigarette smoke in the hall areas, which were not ventilated in any way

Clean,spacious apartment, in excellent condition, close to metro , excellent value - will certainly recommend to friends. Close friends wo travelled with us and who are very particular, stayed in adjacent apartment and agree with our comments.

The room/apartment was nice, spacious and clean, and most of them (I think) have access to a nice and large balcony. Breakfast was fine after international standard, but a bit poor compared to what I usually experience when visiting Germany.

The landlady is unpleasant, grumpy and speaks no English. It took less than 1 minute from my arrival before I had my first argument with her. She's not enough reason to choose another hotel, but she really does her best to make you do so. Regarding location, I wished it had been slightly closer to the center (just 500 m makes a big difference in that area), but there's a subway right outside, so it's not that bad.

The apartment was really clean and rather big. There was nobody at the reception when I arrived but I had been warned before and found the key in the safe as expected. It is really close to the u6 subway station and I liked the breakfast.

There is no luggage room which is annoying the day you check-out. The apartment had large windows with only blinds (no curtains), this makes it difficult to sleep in the morning. Finally, that would have been nice to find soap in the bathroom ! At least for the first night.

Very big room and very big bathroom. Simpe hotel but nothing is missing. Undergorund station is just 2 minutes away from the Hotel. Absolutely good value for money

Good Breakfast and kind reception

Clean and functional hotel, The hotel was very close to the U-bahn.

The walls I the room was very thin so I was very disturbed by the noice from other rooms.I Had asked for a "non smoking room" wich I received, but in the rroom next to mine they smoked a lot and the smoke got in to my room anyway. I was also surprised that I was asked to payfor the room cash when it was written in my confirmation from booking.com that the hotel accepted creditcards.

Вежливый и внимательный персонал. Прекрасный завтрак "Шведский стол".

직원들도 너무 친절했고, 숙소의 안락함이나 청소도 너무 좋았다. 특히 숙소가 넓어서 편했으며 내 집 같은 기분이었다.

돈을 받더라도 와이파이를 쓸 수 있도록 준비되어 있으면 좋겠다.

Proprio a cercare difetti, mancano i dolci nella colazione e non si riesce ad avere il buio in camera, così ci si sveglia col sole.

le plus de notre chambre, la terrasse avec table et chaises de jardin, les chambres donnent à l'arrière de la rue donc très silencieuses entre 2 stations de métro à qq minutes à pied. Le petit dèj correcte.

il n'y a pas de wifi et il manque des rideaux occultant, les stores ne protègent pas du tout de la lumière

- Просторный номер; - вполне приличные завтраки; - в моем номере был балкон.

- номер довольно обшарпан; - ресепшн работает только до шести вечера; - сбоит терминал для кредитных карт; - в номере было две односпальных кровати, хотя я заказывал двуспальную.

Bien por la calidad precio. Muy centrico, silencioso y funcional.

Att det var ett litet pentry och en kaffebryggare som gjorde min vistelse där mycket enklare.För får inte min sambo kaffe direkt när hon vaknar så är hon som ett åskmoln resten av dagen. Fräscha lägenheter, nära till två U-bahnstationer.

Tyvärr lämnade frukostbuffén lite övrigt att önska,men den funkade.
