Good location. Good breakfast. We checked in late in the evening and the room they gave us did not smell fresh at all. When we complained they claimed the hotel was full and that we cannot be move to another room. I did not leave it there and eventually the we were move to the same room type and I did not have any complaints about this room. The staff useless. |

The hotel is family friendly. The location is good--near Museum Island and Alexanderplatz. The buffet breakfast is excellent. |

All the stuff was very kind. The room was always taken cleaned and towels chenged every day. The breakfast offered a wide choise of good food. The Hotel is in the city center very close to a metro stop (U2-redline). Every place is easly reachable with metro or busses lines, one of which you can take behind the hotel corner. |

The hotel staff were friendly, the room clean and very spacious, the breakfast was amazing and they even managed to offer me breakfast at 5.15am! The location is very central and close to an underground station. No- it was excellent |

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the food was wonderful, amazing choice for breakfast and the room service meals came quickly and were very tasty. The hotel was only 2 minutes walk away from the U-bahn station and very handy for the S-bahn station back to the airport. We had 2 adults and 2 children in the room and the bedding was very comfortable for all of us, we enjoyed it very much. |

The location was pretty good. We were able to walk with 2 young children to Museum Island and then get around from there. There was also a nice play area for kids in the lobby. The temperature was difficult to control in the room, but that may have just been that we couldn't figure it out. |

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast had a superb range. The duvet on the double bed did not cover the bed; however, we questioned that with the staff and it appears normal in Germany. |
