Novotel Berlin Mitte

Room had full of functions, phone, LCD TV screen with 30+ channels, minibar, correct level of lighting, bathroom with shower and bathtub and inroom electronic safecase. Location was perfect for discovering Berlin. Only few minutes walking distance to Museum Island(Museuminsel) with 6 major German museums, especially Pergammon Museum. 15 minutes walk to AlexanderPlatz activities, Berliner Fehrnsturm(tower with rotating restaurant), SeaLife and so on. Only 2 minutes for accessing Berlin's U & S Bahn network via Spittelmarkt Ubahn station. Breakfast was perfect, wide range of selections available without any exceptions. Staff is incredible, they deserve to wait on the queue, they are really helpful and really help with experience.

Unloading of the shower / bath was faulty so we did both bath and shower at the same time ... not very pleasant!

Super location. Very good buffet breakfast and restaurant Le Jardin.

There should be a person dedicated to concierge services. The staff at the front desk is very busy and not really able to provide so many informations and recommendations.

The location is excellent - near to many of Central Berlin's main attractions. Parking is very convenient and not too expensive. Room was clean and very nice. I believe this is an attractive alternative to several much more expensive hotels.

Desk attendant could not help with mailing an already stamped postcard and did not know where to go to find a postbox (it was right around the corner). However, she was polite about it; probably just inexperienced.

Free internet access of 20 minutes duration near reception made staying in contact with those at home easy. The food was excellent, the breakfast buffet full of variety. The rooms were clean. The pool was well maintained.

It was just a little further away from the city centre than we thought but only a brisk 15 minute walk.

My room was comfortable, the staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was a feast! I regularly use Novotel and always find the hotels very good.

Although my first room was light and clean, the noise from the lift made it impossible for me to sleep. The staff willingly changed me to a room for smokers which was a bit more peaceful, although less attractive. The sound proofing at this Novotel is not as good as at others but I believe it is being refurbished.

The breakfast was excellent, great choice and the staff (day-shift) was really friendly and helpful.

wifi Internet connection is only available for 8 euro per day and the signal is rather weak. the reception was not always available when arriving from the parking garage

After extensive comparisons and studies of Guest Reviews, I chose Novotel Berlin Mitte and was not disappointed in any aspect. I will definitely use this hotel again and have already recommended it to others. Spacious breakfast room unlike many Berlin hotels used in the past.
