The staff were very helpful. I sprained my ankle during my visit and your staff helped me find the nearest pharmacist, provided a bike for hire and ice packs. Overall I felt that the cost of eating in the hotel - breakfast and dinner was a little expensive. This may have been due to changes in my the value of currencies, but even in terms of other establishments in Potsdam the hotel was expensive for food. |

Good size room, very clean and well equipped. Helpful staff. Charging for W-LAN access (I have not been to a hotel that charges for this in years). Somewhat over-priced (though good) breakfast. |

spacious clean rooms, good leisure facilities but although a large hotel there was plenty of space and we did not see many people use the pool/sauna areas. Reception area seem very large. Certainly designed for business meetings/conferrences Breadfast was expensive at 18 euros and no special bed & breakfast offer. Therefore did not eat in the hotel |

We liked the swimming pool area and the fact the hotel was close to the old part of Potsdam and the Sanssouci Palace and gardens. The price of breakfast was expensive at 18euros. We managed breakfast at a local cafe' for 3 people for 19euros total. ( breakfast at alot of hotels is extortionate anyway). Parking was also expensive. However the biggest ripoff was 4euros 50cents for a glass of milk for my daughter. |

Hotel poskytuje klientům naprosto unikátní prostředí pro jejich spokojenost podle jejich představ. Vše nabízí ale nic nevnucuje. Zaměstanci se chovají naprosto korektně. Zaplatil jsem 15 EUR za to, že jsem omylem na 10 minut vstoupil do placéné TV zóny. Udajně jsem to měl jít ještě ten den ohlásit na recepci, později (při placení) to již nebylo možné řešit. Jeden z nezkušených pracovníků recepce nedokázal na místě změnit mojí rezervaci, neboť byla udělána přes centrum v Amsterdamu. Později to napravila zkušenější kolegyně. |

Die gesamte Inneneinrichtung ist modern, ästhetisch ansprechend, hochwertig und funktional. Der Schwimmbad-/Sauna- und Fitnessbereich ist sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und serviceorientiert. Die Zimmer zur Straße hin sind recht laut. |

Hôtel agréable, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est à un prix excessif et c'est la première fois qu'en arrivant à un hôtel, avec une réservation à 85€, on m'explique que la chambre louée est bruyante, qu'il est difficile de dormir et qu'il faut mettre 10€ de plus par nuit pour avoir le droit de dormir en tranquilité. |
