Отличный спа / бассейн, удобные номера, отель очень близко к центру, оссобенно к зоопарку и KaDeWe :-) Персонал очень приветлив. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный. Минусы: платный интернет (даже WiFi !) - для отеля такого класса это должно быть бесплатно! У меня в номере минибар входил в стоимость, однако пополняли его только по моему напоминанию. |

мы отдыхали вчетвером в двух номерах. По нашему номеру замечаний не было, а вот у родителей не работал телевизор. Кроме того, оба номера были расположены в каком-то отдаленном блоке, до которого надол добираться на двух лифтах и преодолеть 500метров пешком. Считаю, что об этом отель обязан информировать до оплаты бронирования. Кроме того, отель ориентирован исключительно на бизнес-путешественников |

номер был предоставлен уже в 7:00! А в день выезда до 14:00 можно быть без дополнительной оплаты. В связи с ремонтом SPA была предоставлена возможность пользоваться услугами соседнего отеля Интер Континенталь. |

Have repeatidly stayed at the Pullman Schweizerhof - always returned because it is good value for money, centrally located and has friendly staff. Avoid to get a room in the pool wing. Insist being in the main building. |

The hotel was very big and had a lot of rooms. The spa and pool were definitely the highlights. The rooms were very clean and modern, which was also a plus. I would recommend this hotel and probably go there again. The comfort rooms were a little smaller than we expected. |

Helpful staff, hotel was stylish and well designed, facilities in the room were good, staff provided with extra bed for the child for free. Concierge service was very helpful to book a city excursion. Airconditioning was hard to understand, how it operates, and was a little bit too loud. |

very helpful staff, very clean facilites, and good location the swimming pool is too cold. The leisure centre does not have a relaxing feel to it, some soft music, dim lighting or plants etc.Would be great to have a shuttle service to the airport |

The hotel was excellent very close to kadawe amazing shoping centre and also very close to kuffersdam which has 3km of shops. I did not have food in the hotel so I cannot comment on that as there is so many nice places to eat in berlin. The bathroom in the room was fab two sinks and a very powerful shower. The spa was lovely but we only used it once as we did not have time as we were only there for a weekend. The distance from the hotel lobby to our room and we kept getting lost for two days trying to find our way the hotel is huge and I booked a twin room also and they had to stay in another building which was miles from us. Phone calls were expensive. we had a free mini bar in the suite but there was not a whole lot in it we would use. |

The hotel was in a good location for seeing Berlin. The neighboring area was nice except for some graffiti. We scheduled a shuttle service to the airport and then canceled it for a later time. Both shuttles showed up, so the cancellation was not acted upon. |

Room was very comfortable - staff very helpful- location was great - we were able to walk to the Kurfurstendam without any difficulty and find our way around the area easily We thought the cost of breakfast was a bit high! Also instructions for usage of air conditioning and tv would be helpful. We had to call about the TV and never did figure out how to lower the air temperature in room |

We enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet and spa/pool facilites (epsecially good for our 5 year old). The parking under the hotel (public parking) was small and very tight and we could not always park there (we had to park on the road two out of three nights). |
