Beautiful room, extremely clean and comfortable. Modern design. I would stay there again.

The hotel is quite good in general. The rooms are neat though small. It has a very good location for people to se down town Berlin and to do shopping.

Modern and quiet. Nice pedestrian area in front of the hotel. Easy access on the Ku'Damm.

Very disappoited with the hotel. Except for one young man who was very helpful, we found the front desk staff to be unhelpful, in cases rude. Will save my comments for Trip Advisor.

The location, close to public transport and, very useful, opposite a tourist information office. Attractive modern interior, well chosen colour scheme within the rooms. Very clean. There's an inner courtyard where you can relax from the bustle of the K'dam and have a drink or meal. Free internet connection in the room. Helpful staff.

The pillows, lumpy foam variety. Lack of shampoo etc. One small bottle of body lotion and shampoo per room, enough for one person only. The breakfast at e18 per person very overpriced for small appetites, but there are a variety of coffee shops close by where a coffee and coissant can be had for e5. The bathroom area is a part of the room and whilst there is an opaque glass door to the WC the shower door is normal glass and not everyone sharing might want to see their roommate showering! There are various pay TV channels which offer a minute or two viewing to show their wares, some people, in particular parents, might not to happy with the explicit content of the 'adult' channels.

Perfect, place and rooms comparing with "Am Zoo Hotel" wich is much worse and in the same building.Really enjoided it.

The location is perfect!

1) The staff didn't give us suggestion for dinning around when it was -3C and we didn't want to go far for a meal. 2) The toillet is far from the shower and from the sink to wash our hands. 3) There is no free wi-fi in the hotel.

Frühstücksraum skandalös klein. Lange Wartezeiten vorprogrammiert. Bar, Restaurant und Frühstück in einem Raum, unmöglich für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Restaurant und Bar über das Wochenende geschlossen, unglaublich. Rezeption und Eingangsbereich klein und "billig", entspricht in keinster Weise einem 4-Sterne-Hotel.

Heerlijk hotel. Erg gunstig gelegen, pal aan de U-Bahn en een paar minuten wandelen van Berlin Zoo. Je reist zo met de metro en S-Bahn overal naartoe. Mooie kamer en fantastisch ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel ook. Kom zeker terug.
