From the room you could see the whole bathroom, because of huge window behind the bathtub. No privacy at all, not so good if you are traveling with friends. |

The staff of the restaurant and bar was excellent. The service at the reception is the worst i've seen in my life. I didn't have room service list at the room so I asked for it at the reception. The receptionist send me to the bar to look for the room service list. The bar was empty, nobody there, I came back to the reception and she did not make anything for give me the room service menu list. |

Room did not correspond to description and nothing of my demands was respected: I asked for a big bed, with bath, superior room. Nothing of this. There was no heather in the room and the one in the bathroom was not warming enough. The TV-screen was of bad quality. At the entrance of the restaurant there were people smoking, so not nice while eating. No breakfast before 7 am during the weekend. |

was near the downtown. bus stasion near the hotel. the bathroom was perfect!i love glass, and of course the river view... the price of our dinner was excessive! and the bed was too soft, i couldn't sleep well! |

Nice rooms, Good meals, excellent breakfast, fait location (3 bocks from subway, 15 min walk) Everythings extra. 68 cents for a 2 min local phone call, are you kidding me?! 10euro each to use the spa for one day (which only had a steam room excercise bike, and showers), 3-25euro just to use the tv or internet for a day. meal vouchers did not cover drinks, including water!!! Laundry service is way over priced with a cheap laundrymat 1 block away. I could get better service at a holiday inn |

I liked the hotel and the room. It is slightly out of the center, but with a very good public transport just out of the hotel - bus 245, 101 and 106 going to the center. There are lots of restaurants around and breakfast places within a reach of a short walk. Rooms were very clean and spotless. We had wonderful view to the Grosser Stern! I did not like the bed - it was way too soft for me. Also, on Saturday night there was wedding in the restaurant, and although we stayed on the 3rd floor we could hear the music till 1 a.m. The staff reacted very kindly to our complains. |

The decor is fresh, modern and chic and the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. I think that this class of hotel should have feather/down duvets and pillows rather than synthetic ones (which do not breathe and are hot). |
