The room was immaculate. Itwas very close to our son's home and easy to get around. People were very accomodating and kind and helped us with directions. We will stay again

Rooms were well equipped. We were staying in family room - it was big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Sofa on which children were slipping wasn't too comfortable. Bathroom with shower and bath - excellent. Breakfast was v good. A bit too far form U-bahn.

We booke through your sight and entered we had a 6 year old daughter with us to share the room..however this did not show up on the booking form and there wss no bed for her when we arrived. The girl at reception was quite aggressive blaming us instead of looking for a solution. I would never use the hotel again.

The free internet was reliable and fast. The free minibar was very unusual and much appreciated. The room was excellent and location very good for travel connections. The optional breakfast is very expensive.

Staff are fantastic, very helpfull, speak and understand very good English The food also is to a high standard, and very well priced.. I would not hesitate to recomend the Adrema Hotel.

Neighborhood of Spree river, quiet but close to the city center, nice staff, bike rental available in the hotel. Few details in hotel rooms and facilities needs repair/renewal, but overall impression is very good.

Very helpfull staff at reception. Good service from cleaning lady but carpet in room was dirty because too old. No air conditioning when it is 30°c in town is not acceptable. My neighbour room at 5 th floor were also provided with ventilators showing that it is a structural problem in the building. Carpet in room was dirty because too old.

Room service food was good, though "24 hours" seems inaccurate -- they didn't answer late at night. Air conditioning was broken, room was too hot/stuffy to sleep, and staff's only answer was "open the window" -- unacceptable as my room faced a busy street with 24hr traffic noise. After repeated complaints, was promised a discount, which staff conveniently "forgot" at checkout. In the end they took 10EUR off the bill. I will never stay here again.

We loved the size and layout of the quadruple room, great bathroom with shower and bath. The location of the hotel is a big bonus, no need to walk far to find a nice place to eat in- we have tried the Jamaican restaurant nearby. Good and secure parking facilities. great choice and variety at breakfast.

Adrema ist ein sehr gutes Hotel in Berlin. Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis ist ok. SPA-Bereich ist empfaehlenswert. Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Fruehstueck.

Wir haben schon mehrmals dieses Hotel für unsere Freunde gebucht. Jedesmal mußten, wir beim Hotel anrufen, weil wir noch Extrawünsche hatten. Leider haben wir jedes Mal unfreundlich, genervte Mitarbeiter am Telefon und vor Ort gehabt. Ansonsten waren unsere Freunde mit diesem Hotel zufrieden.

Auch wenn das Hotel von der Innenausstattung bereits in die Jahre gekommen ist, können wir fast nur positives berichten. Nachdem das gebuchte Familienzimmer nicht zur Verfügung stand, erhielten wir eine Suite, zwar in der 6. Etage, aber sehr ruhig gelegen. Gross, geräumig mit Mininbar, 2 x TV, WLAN und einem sehr grosszügigen Bad. Frühstück - im Booking Preis inbegriffen - war perfekt. Alle Kaffeearten, frisch gepressten Orangensaft, grosse Vielfalt im Brotbereich, etc. Mit der Linie 245 waren wir in nur 5' im Zentrum. Unbedingte Weiterempfehlung bei so einem Preis !! Leider gab es an einem Abend einen ca. 1,5 stündigen Stromausfall !
