Hotel was situated in a good place,everything was close to center, bus, metro just few minutes walk. Rooms are nice and clean I ordered double room with one big bed, there was two beds putted together, which is not comfortable for a couple:) |

very good location and it's cheap considering the services and facilities that it offers we were in a room fronting the main street and although they have noise-reduction windows you could still hear the noise but it's not really so bad. we still managed to sleep soundly. the hotel also has tv channels in english and that was also something that we really were happy about. we were also very happy with its location, it's very accessible and its has both the u-bahn and bus options. |

Great hotel, great value, great location right next to a main U-Bahn station, friendly staff. Rooms are a little small, but with so much to do in Berlin you wont spend any time in it anyway - would definitely recommend! |

The hotel is very close to the Train, the room is a fair size The bathroom is very small. The staff were helpful but not friendly. The lifts are very old |

the pillow, its location; near to Kudamm, Potsdammar platz. the price of the room. One stuff was rather bored one day, maybe he had a bad day at work, nothing to complain about, but I didnt like it. the armchair was bad, couldnt sit in it. |

The front desk staff was very helpfull ans pleasent. Hotel price is very good and even if the location is not the best, the metro makes it convinient. |

The personnel was extremely helpful and accomodating, the S-Bahn is right across the street and at night it is very quiet. Improve the lobby -it is the first impression a customer gets. |

Good location - just 100 meters from Bülowstrasse U-station. Price vs quality was ok but maybe because I got really good offer ca 50 eur per night Twin room. Didn´t use restautant for breakfast cause it was expensive 12eur. Just around the corner was nice breakfast bar Via Divani. |

Friendly staff. room was prepared for three, could stay an extra night in the same room for Euro 39 (vs Euro 100 for three). Bathroom nicely renovated, but very small. Furniture (couch) worn. |
