The service staff were excellent, friendly and tried to help in every way. The hotel is in the Tiergarten section of Berlin but the far western side so it is not as close as I assumed. Transportation is available close by (across the street) but it will take you roughly and hour to get to center. 1 bus two trains. I was traveling with a young child so I had hoped it would be more convenient - less transfers.

Clean, helpful receptionist, exactly as I expected. Location is the only issue, we just went out for the whole day not returning until we wanted our beds.

Das Hotel wurde wegen seiner Lage / Nähe zum zu besuchenden Objekt ausgesucht. (Studentenwohnung des kürzlich nach Berlin gezogenen Sohnes) Die Sauberkeit des Nassbereichs ließ zu wünschen übrig, so waren an den Fliessen deutliche Verschmutzungen erkennbar, die eine Reinigung erst vor längerer Zeit annehmen lassen.

Das Bad ist viel zu eng,keine Möglichkeit,Handtücher aufzuhängen geschweige denn zu trocknen,unzureichende Ablagemöglichkeit für Kosmetiktaschen im Bad,Zimmerklima war eine Katastrophe,6.Etage schon morgens wie in einer Sauna,durch die Löcher in den Gardinen grüßte morgens die Sonne

die nette Mitarbeiterin am Empfang bookings weist inkl. Frühstück aus, Buchung war dann ohne, extra 9 Euro p.P. veraltetes Informationsmaterial in der Hotelmappe, wieder anderer Frühstückspreis, die Duschkabine ist sanierungsbedürftig ( Schimmel) die Geräusche der Straße sind sehr laut, keine schöne Lage

Es handelt sich um ein kleines, sauberes und ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit guter Anbindung an den öff. Nahverkehr. Ich war darüber verwundert, bei Ankunft Vorkasse leisten zu müssen. Ich war besorgt, welche Kundschaft hier üblicherweise verkehrt.

Sehr günstige Lage zum Arbeitsort. Freundlicher Empfang und sehr freundliche Bedienung im Frühstücksraum. Gute Heizung. Gute Verkehrsanbindung per Bus in alle Richtungen. Ruhige Lage. Extrem schwankende Tagespreise (45 - 85 EUR). Teueres Frühstück (12,50 EUR). Kein freier Internetzugang bei 85 EUR Tagespreis bzw. sehr teuer (12,50 Euro/Tag). Sehr alter Fernseher. Obwohl es abends einen Barbetrieb gibt, kann man keine Kleinigkeit essen. Buchungssystem steht nicht immer zur Verfügung bzw. wird erst spät aktualisiert.
