The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was excellent with huge choice &, while not opulent, the hotel was clean and comfortable. A highlight was the Commonwealth Bar next to hotel. Not only was the ambience delightful but, importantly from the perspective of a mature single woman who rarely feels OK about going to bars alone, was very welcoming for being able to read while having a drink. |

Everything went very smoothly during the entire stay, and the hotel was extremely nice. Also there was a very good coffee shop just across the street I would highly recommend. Excellent orange juice. |

I found the hotel very comfortable, the staff very helpful and the room very comfortable. The hotel has a great location and is well equipped. The room could have had some more things for example, shampoo, conditioner. |

Very friendly staff and excellent service when service requested, (though not given spontaneously - see criticism). Superb/ideal location and excellent, generous sized room. We will definitely return. my only criticism is that no consumable room items (eg coffee, shampoo) were replaced unless you asked with phone calls to the concierge, which was a bit disappointing; but this small point can hopefully be rectified by the hotel and I would not criticise any other aspects of our stay |

Central position, S-train station very close. If you are a smoker visit the bistrot just opposite the hotel and you can enjoy your espresso or cappuccino while smoking in a warm and cosy, non-frills enviroment. |

great location next to UBahn, just outside of the noisy area of the street no free wifi, charged creditcard two months in advance instead of after stay, which is against booking.com policies afaik |

Comfortable, efficient, close to transport, hotel food was pretty good, room service ditto. Breakfast continental with english also 5 star. Rooms overheated and stuffy - aircon had a smell about it. |

Breakfast Door handle in the toilet was broken. Some pieces of the mixer tap in the shower were falling down. The name Angleterre has bad associations with Yesenin´s death. |
