A recepción a személyzet segítőkézsége. A szoba ablaka belső udvarra nézett, így nagyon csendes volt. A szálloda nagyon jól megközelíthető tömegközlekedéssel. A szoba belső berendezése.

Egy snack elfogyasztása szerepelt első nap a számitógépes nyílvántartásban, holott nem fogyasztottam semmit. Nem fizetteték ki, de mégis kellemetlen volt számomra. Az szobában az ásványvíz aránytalanul magas ára. A fürdőszobai szellőzőventillátor nyílása belül penészes, ez egészségtelen és veszélyes az allergiások számára.

Very comfortable hotel in an excellent location

Very good location close to U-bahn, quiet room, friendly and helpful staff, not very expencive.

Fabulous position so close to all the key sights/sites of the city. (Underground station almost by entrance.) Walked in the area and felt safer than in richer shopping area of city. Superb, modern comfortable rooms. Great value hotel. Would strongly recommend to friends.

Rather stark, formidable reception; not at all modern or "friendly". Pity, because this hides such an excellent hotel in other respects. Locale is not enticing, to say the least but will be a very "up and coming area" within the next few years. Limited private parking; do book a space in advance.

The hotel is in a fine position, it has a good breakfast and the room is comfortable and clean.

Very clean and comfortable room in the new part of the hotel, properly soundproofed, safe and secure for a female traveller. staff were helpful and unobtrusive, and cleaning staff were very good. Hotel is located in the perfect position, near everything on the east side, walking distance to many sites, public transport conveniently close and easy to negotiate, and a bus to Charlottenberg/Kreuzberg up the road. I had a wonderful stay.

Wi-fi an expensive add-on - 10 Euro per day, and sometimes it did not work.

Good location in quiet part of Friedrichstrasse 100m from Kochstrasse metro (which has a lift to street level) and 200m from Checkpoint Charlie (where you can pick up your tourist bus). Friendly receptionist offered us a good room upgrade for only €10/night extra. Very nice spacious 4th floor room with view of park. Restful design and comfortable furniture. Bathroom small but very nice, with added luxury of underfloor heating.

Although wardrobe space was good, this nice room did not have one single drawer in which to tidy away all those bits and pieces we tourists carry. This was very inconvenient. There was plenty of space to install a set of drawers. The price of breakfast (€16 each) deterred us from trying it: a perfectly adequate continental breakfast can be got for half that price in local cafes.

quiet central location

cigarette burn in duvet, complained but not changed, ( non smoking ) and as you expect items within the hotel are expensive, had a meal cost 70 euros, small portions, not worth the cost

The room was quite good and everyday was perfectly cleaned. The hotel staff was quite nice and always willing to help. The hotel is very good placed (by the Checkpoint Charlie and 10 min by subway of the Brandenburg Door).

Good location, limited non-smoking rooms, early check in not possible, breakfast too expensive but not obligatory. Bit over-starred, but I managed to resrve with special price, for that price it was OK. Our room was facing the inside court, which was very quiet

I had to act very strongly to get a non-smoking room in spite of marking the request in reservation. Through open window the noise of AC is significant.

We arrived by train and it was very easy tor each the hotel using the S bahn and U bahn. The hotel was situated very near to Check Point Charlie and was very convenient for most of the other tourist sights. Whilst we were there, there were obviously coach parties in the hotel but it was so quiet you would never have believed that the number of people that appeared at breakfast were actually staying in the hotel. We had a special deal which included breakfast and a two course evening meal - excellent value for money.
