Good location, comfortable room, helpful stuff... Very good experience. It would be better if the network connections can be free. The buffet breakfast is kind of expensive. |

Comfortable room (but we had to up-grade as a standard room was not available with the non-smoking option); very helpful reception staff; good breakfast (but a lighter option at lower cost should also be available) Very central we could walk to most places we wanted to see. Perhaps there should be more standard no-smoking rooms? |

The staff were brillant and the food was excellent. The room was very comfortable and clean. Extras like watching TV held an extra charge which I felt was very expensive. |

The location was very convenient (near Unter den Linden), and the room was beautiful. Although the basic price is comparably reasonable, you get the impression that they are trying to get every bit of money out of you that they can. For example, breakfast is terribly expensive and they charge for wireless internet (more and more hotels are offering wireless for free). |

Clean rooms with good furniture and materials, great location, quick and competent reception staff. - Breakfast: Horrible room layout (guests sitting, standing and transporting food through a ridiculously narrow corridor). Slow and uncoordinated service, with tables not being cleaned up and no-one responsible for anything. -- Value for money: All things considered, this would be rather a 3 star than a 4 star place. |

Good location and nice rooms. We had a price offer and paid 380€ for 4 nights. It is not worth more then that! Not about the hotel but about your question “Do you think guest reviews about this hotel on our website accurately reflect your experience there?” How would I, 4 months after I booked, remember I the other review where accurately or not??? Skip this question… |

The hotel is near to the underground station which is perfect if you are planning to visit the city in few days. The hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars. It is good 3 star. Unfotunately it has no style, quite anonimous. Internet in the room is very expensive. Even if we have asked for the non smoking room, there was quite strong smell of sigarets. |
