Park Inn by Radisson Berlin City West  

Honestly, I was a bit disappointed by the choice I made as the Park Inn Berlin City-West is nothing like any other Park Inn I have visited or stayed at. To start with the team at the Front Desk we not very welcoming. After travelling for over twelve hours the least you would expect is for your check-in clerk to give you a warm and welcoming smile. Always seemed to have trouble communicating with the most of the team. For the 6 days I was there every morning I requested for a pot of coffee as there was no tea coffee making facility in the room (almost a standard in 4 and 5 star hotels). I got a cup everyday - finally I gave up and asked for two cups! Had some trouble with my billing as I was over charged on the internet and was plainly told " we make the adjustment but just to be clear... its your fault ". I dont quite think many working there quite know the meaning of 'Hospitality' Industry.

Good breakfast, quiet room

I liked the cleanliness and convenience.

I was with a group of 15 friends and we found the hotel very relaxing. We could sit in the lobby and chat when coming back from sighting seeing and before going out for dinner. Their dining room was excellent for with a comprehensive breakfast buffet and dinner in the evening for any of us who were too tired to venture out to the nearby local restaurants which were supurb with lots of local Berliners - eating, drinking, playing cards and gererally sociallising. It was also local to a very good well service underground station and the hotel staff were very helpful with directions and a free map. The airport by tube was less than an hour away with a frequent service.

Convenient location for walking or train. Quiet. Flexibility of breakfast times. Helpful staff.

My personal experience that i did not find the staff attentive, professional and lack of customer service skills. This is very basic hotel with very less services and no value for money of a 4 star hotel.

Keine gute Auswahl am Frühstücks-Buffet

Service, Sauberkeit und freundliche Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption bis zu den Reinigungsdamen. Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse abseits vom Rummel, dafür muss man halt ein paar Minuten mit der u- Bahn fahren. Haben wir aber gerne in Kauf genommen. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet.

Большие комнаты, но без особых изыск. Отличная ванная комната.

Слишком аскетичный для четырех звезд. Дверь в туалет не закрывается на замок.

Camera ampia, pulita e confortevole. Staff gentile e disponibile. Metro vicina.

Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione perchè 15€ a persona ci sembravano eccessivi.
