Hotel is located in the area where you can leave your car at and visit Berlin city using public transport. The staffs were helpful, friendly and Co-operative. Breakfast was ok and adequate room to stay with young children. It would be helpful if Staffs in the reception can speak English as it is being an international language and it is expectation of others nationalities.

The room at the top and back of the hotel was quiet I thought the price charged by this very utility hotel with its slightly surly service in what turned out to be a graphiti strewn street in an otherwise beautiful Berlin very high. I will not be staying there again.

The staff were all helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for us - outside the green zone (we have an old car) with easy access to the U-Bahn. Offroad parking was provided. It was very good value for a large family - 3 separate rooms and a large bathroom. Maybe the street and surrounding buildings appear a bit old and dirty and in need of some cleaning and restoration.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiterin, super Frühstücksbuffet. Hatte nach der Abreise eine Jacke vergessen und die Dame von der Reception rief mich auf dem Handy an um mir dies mitzuteilen. Das Zimmer war, obwohl nichtraucher, leider verraucht und stank.

Das Frühstück war gut und die Matratzen in den Betten waren neu. Man meerkt den Zimmern an, dass es sich um einfachst renovierte Altbau-Mietwohnungen handelt. Wer auf diesen speziellen Charm steht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Die Lage in Steglitz ist sehr gut. Der Preis ist für die gebotene Leistung ist, selbst für Berlin zu hoch.Zimmer waren nicht sauber.

Es liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Veranstaltung, an der ich teilgenommen habe. Ich durfte den Raum auch schon vor 12 Uhr nutzen, was ich sehr angenehm fand.

Preiswert bezüglich Zimmer, Frühstück und Parkplatz im Hof. "Rustikal" wirkende Innenarchitektur, verwinkelter Zugang zur Rezeption, beim Frühstück sitzt man eng zusammen mit anderen Gästen an den vier vorhandenen großen Tischen(was auch kommunikationsfördernd sein kann).

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel en het ontbijt. We hadden een ruim 2 kamer appartement met prima bedden. Badkamer sober ingericht. Te weinig kastruimte voor 4 personen.

Il personale dell'hotel molto gentile e disponibile, la camera pulita così come il bagno, letto comodo e la tranquilità della zona. Le due fermate della metropolitana sono raggiungibili a piedi in 5 minuti. La colazione buona ed abbondante sia dolce che saltata. Le stanze piccole ma funzionali.

Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, gute Zimmer mit ansprechender Ausstattung, gute Lage inmitten Friedeanu/Steglitz Eingangsbereich sehr verwinkelt und wenig einladend. Schreckt ab, noch bevor man die guten Zimmer gesehen hat

Das supernette Personal und dass wir am Abreisetag sogar noch länger im Zimmer bleiben durften. Nächstes Jahr bin ich bestimmt wieder zum Halbmarathon in diesem Hotel...super Lage...super billig...Daaanke...

The hotel is located close to the Freie Universität Berlin and the Seminaris CampusHotel Berlin Science & Conference Center (20 minutes walking). Not all the staff speak English but they are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really nice and varied. Good quality-price relation. Metro is 10 minutes away.

“The hotel is well located, being only 2 minutes walk from Blisserstrasse U-Bahn. The area is very quiet and the hotel feels very restful.
