The breakfast menu was delicious

Internet by cable was free, but it was necesarry to go to the reception and specifically ask for it to get a pincode to get internet access.

Access to Meridian Spa/Sauna/Gym is a massive plus. Fast internet. Good breakfast buffet w/ made to order eggs. Literally opposite the train station.

Quite expensive.

The location near the railway station, the warm room during the snow storm while we were there, the friendliness of the two receptionists we encountered, the breakfast and the breakfast room. Also the fact that the room key envelope allowed us to travel free on all public transport, which we made use of.

Nice location. Good breakfast. Parking very close by. Close to city. Access to the very nice Meridian Spa (remember slippers)

Being woken at 2.30am,3.30am,4.30am etc by the tannoy system from the railway station over the road.Obviously the hotel has no control over this.

It was wounderfull,i had a really god time.the food it is excelent and the hotel staff very nice and helpfull.

Their kindness to offer in door parking for our Harley Davidson MC. The location is easy to find and the breakfast table is excellent.

Location superb, and easy to find: Kiel a very walkable city. Hotel near old town, shopping, cruise ship docks, and right next to train station (which also has many take-away food options). We were allowed to check in a little early, quite helpful to us. Room quiet - did not hear traffic or trains at all. Room was comfortable, very clean and bright. Hotel had all amenities needed. Common areas have kept some style details from mid-20th century, and small details like Hotel towels, chocolate on the pillow, and personal small pots of coffee maintain a personal touch of class. Elevator available. Did not use gym next door, but its availability for free is a nice option - esp in bad weather. Breakfast excellent - and very cheerful servers. All staff encountered were friendly, professional and gave excellent service. I believe Hotel Berlinerhof is a family run hotel? We strive to support those... this was another very positive experience, and reasonable cost. Will be happy to stay here again next time in Kiel.

Centraal gelegen, personeel is behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is goed.

Eigenlijk niets.

Wandregal als Verlängerung des Kleiderschranks war Grund für Kopfverletzung, die ich mir beim Bücken auf die unter Regal liegende Fernsehrfernbedienung holte. Fernbedienung sollte woanders hingelegt werden.

- freundliche Begrüßung am Empfang - saubere Zimmer - behindertengerechtes, großes Bad - Parkplatzreservierung war ohne Probleme auch über die Dauer des Aufenthalts hinaus möglich - sehr gute Anbindung/ Entfernung zum Schiffsverkehr bzw. zum Bahnhof - leckeres Frühstück

Die ruhige Lage des Zimmers.

Beim Frühstück fand sehr lautstark im gleichen Raum ein Seminar statt.

Obwohl das Bad sehr schön war, die Dusche war etwas zu klein. (hatte ein Einzelzimmer)

Ich wollte mich -nach Geschäftsbesuch- im Hotel noch umziehen zur Rückreise. Mir ist vom Personal nur die öffentliche Toilette angeboten worden. Eine adäquate Räumlichkeit zum Umziehen wurde mir leider nicht angeboten. mfg.
