nothing at all, the worst hotel i have stayed until now, anything, room dirty, smelling terribly badly of old wood, carpet terribly old and dirty, no comment about mattress old and flat, linen already used not changed, terribly noisy in the night, impossible o sleep before 2h00 am, cash payment on arrival . |

I like the room, that was quite, cleaned, ok for the price and the staff was very nice nad helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone,however I think it is realy a nice place to stay, the center of the city, the railway station is near the Hotel. Staff is very friendly and you can even order a pizza at nite. |

My room Nr.8 was very big and comfortable. The Breakfast was good! I came too late in the Hotel, at 1:00 in the Night, but the reception works 24 hours. It's realy cool! I think, that if I come in Düsseldorf, I shall stay in this Hotel once more! Thank you very much! |

Absoultly AWFUL, in a terrible area, the room was REALLY dirty.It was so bad that we had to leave. Do not book this hotel. The location is awful, in a very unsafe area right beside the train station(not good) It was so bad we had to leave an we did not get a refund. The room was very dirty. There was one tiny TINY blanket on the bed and it was -15degrees C.Do not book this hotel. |

I like the room that was quite ok for the price and the staff was very nice nad helful To be honest, I would exept more from 3star hotel that 5minutes of heating. There was -15 c outside and the radiators were turned off!!!!!It was freezing cold in the room and I couldnt sleep all night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone during winter season,however I think in summertime t is a nice place to stay-teh staff is very friendly and u can even order a pizza at nite. |

We got a breakfast at 2.30 in the morning. The room we were staying in was so cold and humid, even after 4 days of max heating it did not get better. |

its quite nice hotel, with very good location, we had a nice room with comfortable bed and bedding stuff isnt friendly and abit unpolite. and we had hot water in the shower for the first 10 min only- after that- just cold :-) |

Quiet guests and no noise from stairs or elevator. My room and bathroom were not cleaned when I came back after a long, tiring day out, at around 16.30! Hope this was a mistake. |

The location was very good, only 5 minutes by foot from the main station of Dusseldorf. Another good point was the supermarket in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helped me a lot. If it was working, internet is available and free of charge,that is a very point. It was not possible to access internet from my computer because the wireless didn't work with it. However the lady from the reception really tried to help me, but unfortunatelly, it was not ok. The heater was not working, so at the fist day I had to take a cold shower. |
