One bus ride to the Exhibition centre although no buses on Sunday. 10 minute walk to the train station. The breakfast was nice.

The area was poor, I had the top room with no lift to it. A very small room but comfortable enough. The problem finding a nice hotel is tough because of the 'Drupa' show, they triple the prices for it.

I have booked double room, but in reality I had first four days the room
2 meters high, there were two joined beds and 4m2 free space. Last four
days I had single room with single bed however I have been charged by
hotel as for double room rate. The worst thing is that customer must pay
for the booked room before he sees the room!!!!!

not enough seating for guests at breakfast, slow service in clearing tables and refilling of breakfast foods,

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast was very good and it was very close to the main train station.

The rooms were small, especially for the price we paid. Plus if someone was smoking in their room it tended to spread into all the others as well.

It was fairly close to PhilipsHalle.

The hotel wasn't the same standard as we're used to in Germany. It was more of a hostel than a hotel. The room was very cold and the humidity was very high even when we didn't use the shower. Staff was very nice, but didn't speak or understand much English.
