Location is really great - you can get everywhere on Kudamm on foot, and in case of sightseeing U Bahn station is really close. Hotel has great design, we got room with nice view as we requested. Everything worth recommendation. |

staff where plessent and helpfull the room i booked was a double but we got a twin room with beds pushed together so was very disapointing |

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good location. Do ask for non-smoking room if you don't smoke, otherwise the smell in the is awful!!! |

The hotel was in a central part of the City and within easey reach of all the major tourist attractions. The TV channel options and picture could be improved. |

The location is very central. Daytime staff are so polite and helpful. Wireless internet for free of charge at executive rooms was perfect. Housekeeping is satisfactory. Cost-performance criteria is low. Nighttime staff sometimes rude. Breakfast buffet is comparatively poor. Executive lounge is closed mostly. Room rates relatively high for services provided. |

This was a well priced hotel that was comfortbale to stay in. I liked being on a business floor. There was a basic breakfeast included in the business lounge which was all I needed. There was a lot of noise outside my window. I think it was the service entrance. It started at 5am one morning, although mostly I slept through it |

The location is really good, a lot of landmark, restaurants and shop are at walking distance and moreover the city-toruism bus are just in the corner which made very easy go to the rest of the city. The breakfast is ok, room was clean. If I have to go to Berlin again, definitely I will stay in this hotel again In some rooms are not complety noiseless. |

The hotel location was good, rooms a good size and comfortable and close to local amenities such as bars, shops and restaurants. It was also on a reasonably quiet street, which was a big plus. |

I had a 2 night business deal which was excellent value for money as it included some useful extras, e.g. a small breakfast room on the same floor, with a very good breakfast buffet; round the clock access to the business lounge with free PC and tea, coffee and soft drinks; free wifi in the bedroom. |

The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff spoke English well. Check in and check out was easy and it was only 10 min walk from the train station and less to the bus stop. Wireless internet in the rooms would have been nice, but were also not advertised. |

The hotel was right in the centre of Berlin so it was within easy walking distance of U-Bahn and S-Bahn. We also liked that it was just off the main street which was buzzing with shops, cafes and restaurants. The only complaint was the size of the room. We had booked and paid for a room at least 20m x 20m and we were given a room half that size. |

Had a 4 day break at the hotel, central position, so handy for the City tourist bus tour (just round the corner) and the shopping and restaurants. Rooms were very clean, beds so comfy, bathroom a little small but so what you don't spend much time in there. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice to sit outside in the evening with a drink and unwind. There was nothing we did not like, only one suggestion - it would have been nice to have a tea/coffee facility in the room. |

The location of the hotel is great, easy access to shopping and public transport all around the city. The facilities of the hotel are good, as is the presentation of the hotel. The staff of the hotel were awful. Asides from one helpful and kind check-in woman the rest were rude, unhelpful, grumpy, they never smiled or seemed happy and constantly gave the impression that dealing with you was a waste of their time. They also charge for use of wireless throughout the hotel and the connection was poor. The breakfast for the price was terrible, bland and a poor selection. |

The bar is fantastic but then I would say that. The staff are friendly and always helpfull which is great when in a strange city. The breakfast is most definatley something you should savour in this hotel as it is lovely. I have stayed at this hotel previousley and I could not wait to return this time round. I was not dissapointed. Parking is in a nearby Parkhaus which costs 13 euros per day. If you bring your car that is really the only bet and was recommended to us by the reception staff upon our arrival. However a large city hotel will always struggle to find real estate for parking and this should be remembered. |

The hotel initially did not pay attention to the instructions I wrote through booking.com for adjoining rooms or for a baby cot. After protesting several times at the front desk, they gave us the adjoining rooms and baby cot. In this sense, the staff was responsive. I have been to many hotels in Europe and sampled many hotel breakfast buffets. I would classify the breakfast here as average, without the variety and quantity that other hotels may offer. The dining facilities are nice though. |
