Great value for money! Hotel was clean, staff was nice. Cleaned and changed towels every day. Didn't expect that much for that price! I booked a 3 person room, and the 3rd bed (which was a sofa-bed) was not that comfortable. But still, great value for money! Quiet at night and the underground was just outside! |

The third bed was not a proper bed. It was a flexible armchair which was very uncomfortable. If I had known it, I would never have reserved the room. |

The location was excellent, breakfast was very good. The hotel room was big and the stuff was very nice. We were in Berlin to run the Berlin Marathon and in the morning of the run, the breakfast was arranged 1,5 hours earlier than normally - just for us marathon runners (there were at least 5 of us in the hotel). The shower was somehow broken and you needed to wait for a warm water for at least 2-3 minutes. But it was a minor negative thing, otherwise we can recommend this hotel without doubts. |

Location You are maiking the biggest mistake saying that this is a hotel. This is not a hotel this is pansion and when you get there you get that information. The price is high for a pansion.If I know that this is a pension I will never chose it. |

Friendly staff and very helpful. Very close to good cafes and main shopping area and zoo. Good value. Unfortunately no lift and we had much luggage and a pushchair which would not fit through main entrance door into accomodations area unless folded up. Looking more used than the last time we stayed (just over 1 year ago) so a few minor defects, also beds seemed more uncomfortable than I remember. |

The location is very convenient and close to the center. A variety of good restaurants by the hotel. The hotel offers a really good breakfast as well. 2 separate single beds instead of 1 double bed. |

People were very friendly. Breakfast was great. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great location. We stayed there last year and hope to return next year too. |

The receptionist was very kind in allowing our 4-year-old to stay free of charge. She promptly brought in extra bedding and prepared the fold out couch. The hotel is modest but very good quality for the money -- it's quiet but central to the railway and major city sites. The Turkish restaurant next to the hotel was fantastic. |

Excellent position in west side of city and as underground is close by there is easy access to all other parts of the city. Breakfast was very good. Had late flight back on final day but was able to leave luggage in hotel and venture out into Berlin until 6pm. |

The rooms - just as the hotel in general - was clean and the staff friendly. It was moreover in a good location regarding municipal transport. Breakfast was served only from 8 a.m. which I found to be very late - would have appreciated if it would begin at 7 (or at least 7:30). |
