It is well situated near metro and the Schoenefeld Airport. The neighbourhood was nice and we felt safe. The room was very comfortable and the employees are professional. The hotel was not very crowded (we stayed in mid-November). There is an option of staying in a smokers or non-smokers room. It would be better if there was a place in the hotel, indoors, where one could smoke. |

Hotel was very good value for money, with clean, spacious rooms, including a fridge, heating was very good and the staff were friendly. The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to Schönefeld airport and into the centre of Berlin and there were supermarkets and restaurants just outside. Good double glazing kept the noise from the traffic to a minimum. |

its a very very bad lokatet hotel, it's lokatet at main road and there passes train at cars every one minute, I could,nt sleep all nigth. take it if its vinter so the windows can be close. the staffs |

Small but mainly clean rooms, hotel service was very friendly but credit card was charged even before we arrived at the hotel. No possibility of cancellation. All in all, fair for the money. |

It was clean, nice and warm and staff was polite. We could relax after a whole day out downtown since the room was really warm and it was also handy that it was next to the train station. |

next to public transport, very nice staff. Perfect if you have to leave from the airport very soon in the morning., It would be better to have a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport |

Der Empfang war sehr professionell und freundlich, die Zimmer zweckmäßig und auf den 1. Blick sauber. Parkplätze gegen Gebühr ausreichend vorhanden. Frühstück war zwar ausreichend aber nur mit geringer Auswahl |
