I was welcomed with courtesy, and efficiency. I particularly liked the tea/coffee making facility in the room. The Breakfast choice was typically European - I missed having hot food (bacon, sausages) available even though there was a choice of egg. The way to get to the room (508) was complicated |

The hotel staff was extremely nice and very helpful! The location was good with plenty of bars and restaurants near but also close to public transportation to go to the center of the city. The hotel sign was very small and blended into the surroundings so it took us several tries driving by to find the place. |

Staff extreamly polite and helpful. As a smoker it was a real pleasure to be in a civilised hotel and country that did not frown on smokers. We would definetly stay again if we come back to Klon |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. All spoke excellent English and went out of their way to meet our needs. The location is excellent; only 10 to 15 minutes walk to the centre of town and right next to the underground. One small thing was that we didnt have a bath in the room, but the shower was fine. |

Good location, 20 min by foot from main train station (hbf) or 2 station with U bahn. friendly stuff, good breakfast. Next to the hotel happened to be many night clubs, so there was lot of people around the hotel and noisy. |

Size of room and privacy in the area restaurants, shops and coffehouse close by To far away from city center about 25 min walk, carpets are getting old, hard to find when checking out there was trouble with credit card machine ended by going to a bank to take out money on the credit card to pay. |
