le matelas du lit, le parking le carrelage du sol de la douche avait besoin d'être lavé avec de l'eau de javel. Le quartier ne m'a pas donné envie d'y retourner. |

Pas de serieux dans les criteres de reservation de lhotel exemple la place de parking qu il vaut mieux avoir sinon galere car aucun moyen de stationner n'etait pas reservee car oubli inadmissible |

Location is good (not far from city center and very close to the railway station). The hotel is nice, clean and cost the money. There was no shower cap in the bathroom. Also it was little bit noisy as the windows are not sound protective. |

Very good breakfast. Child's cot was already in the room (and did not cost extra). Beds were comfortable and the staff polite. Despite them knowing we were arriving with a pram we had 12 steps to climb between the lift and the room. A room on the same level as the lift or some kind of ramp would have been useful. |

Breakfasts were really good! I think one of the cleaning ladies opened the window in my room and I was a tiny bit cold during the night (actually it was all right, but I'm very sensitive to the cold...) |

The breakfast was great and all included. Also free internet and a good location for Oktoberfest. Staff were not helpfull, beds were uncomfortable. pillows were ridiculous, we were also charged for mini bar drinks we never used. |

Location was quite central, with easy access to the main train station and shopping streets. The design of lobby impressive, and nicely decorated My room was very small, including a very small bathroom. |

It was very close to the train station and they responded to our E-Mail regarding our late arrival. Toom was ready and the staff was very cooperative. Air conditioning was laacking. They did provide a fan upon request and that made the stay on a hot August night pleasurable. |

Location was good, close to train and walking distance to main attractions. Also a lot of fruit stalls and supermarkets around. Room had no airconditioning which was too hot in summer. Also room was very loud (we had the windows open at night because of the heat, and basically didn't sleep because of the noise). The neighbourhood was a bit questionable, with a few x-rated shops around. |

The location, its near central station but still very quite. Very modern and the reception lounge area is beautifully done. Very nice area to relax at the backyard of the hotel. Internet lounge done also very beautifully. Breakfast should be included in the internet price. Parking is a problem, they don't have their own parking. I stayed in room 133 and the picture on all the channels was shaking, just couldn't watch TV. They should fix it. They should also keep some english magazines in the business lounge. |

The breakfast is great. Bad surroundings. The parking is at the other hotel, you have to carry your laggage 3-5 min along the street. |

It is quite central, close to every major attraction, walking distance Important to know that it is in the Turkish neighbourhood, very interesting and lively. We liked it in fact, although at the beginning it was strange. |

It is clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and knowledgeable and excellent English skills. Close to main station. Perfect location to Octoberfest grounds if you are in Munich for Octoberfest. Top Tier Budget Hotel. |
