Breakfast was excellent, and the facilities were good.
Whilst the hotel was pretty good, the surrounding streets were a little seedy, though safe.
Staff was nice.
Location is in a rough area of town for women traveling alone.
The garden area and the bar waiter Lars.
The smokers in the garden area.
MY WIFE AND I ENJOYED THE EVERTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL FOOD, STAFF, ACCOMMODATION, WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN REGARDS BARRY DANIELS MBE & CHRISTINE
Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Polite efficient staff Easy to find from railway station
Some rooms have better facilities than others. Potentially noisy at the front. No a/c Not the best location 15 minute walk to town
some staff was helpful
small room small bed small bathroom noisy district
the size of the rooms were good but a little on the expensive site
the coffee machine at breakfast did not make nice coffee, it tasted a like coffee from a vending machine.
Good breakfasts. Central situation.
Not much in the way of local eateries close by.
Location very good. Breakfast was phenomenal. Some staff were very helpful
1st night room (605) was not convenient. Roofs were low, easy to hit your head getting up from bed. Internet not always easy to get. Some staff members were not very helpful.
The staff were generously helpful with giving directions and meeting our needs (eg. Changing a new kettle for us) They even went the extra mile to give us recommendations on where to visit etc. A short 5 min walk to the central train station and many convenience shops surrounding the area. Definitely good value for money!
The private parking
everything from breakfast to staff
The buissnes room so big i liked it clean bed and everything nice i will booking again when i visit munich
And train station felt unsafe even though they said it was
not enough parking Slots, no air condition in the rooms
Central location - very good spot. Quick and easy check-in and check-out. Decent breakfast.
Wifi needs upgrading = Constantly dropping and unavailable service
Breakfast we'd very good and staff wet excellent
No sir conditioning in rooms Hotel should consider putting a fan in each room
The rooms are dirty, the furniture is stained and so are the carpets. The wall was dirty and some of the wallpaper is ripped. There isn't even an air conditioner inside the room. The location is terrible, it's very noisy outside. The staff wasn't cooperative at all. When you call to ask for something they will tell you to wait because they don't have staff at the moment. They don't even have extra beds. THE PICTURES POSTED HERE ARE FOR BUSINESS STANDARD WHICH I FOUND OUT ONCE I REACHED THE HOTEL. THE NORMAL ROOMS ARE TERRIBLE.When I asked to book a business standard room they said it was full. No parking space. and Terrible staff.
There was a desk in the room and good wifi service. The breakfast was really extraordinary - fantastic. The staff were helpful.
Nothing wrong with tehy hotel, but it would be great if the Munich adinistrative authorities could find a way of reducting traffic by about 50%. Even to walk the short distance (about 200 metres) from the station to the hotel you have to walk through about five sets of traffic lights.
Location. Breakfast. Bar. Clean rooms
Reception. Slow check in. Too many long corridors and steps to rooms
Nothing like the pics advertised! The only good thing was the breakfast!
The style of declaration and the facilitations in the room such as the comfort of the bed.
The hair dryer did not work and no shower cap for lady.
Rooms were good but then one would expect that in a chain hotel. Breakfast was good.
We had street side rooms and it tends to get noisy till late at night and then again early in the morning. We had booked a parking spot but when we arrived around 7 PM, were told that we have to park in a parking lot at a fair distance from the hotel. This was clearly inconvenient, on a day when it was raining and windy. Also I ended up paying as much as I would have paid at the hotel for parking. I pointed it out to a clerk later about this discrepancy and he was apologetic but by the I had gone through the hassle of parking at at the lot.
Good location, nice room, very good breakfest, everything was equal to 4*hotel
The neighbourhood - if I would be alone or with female friends I would have been afraid to come back hotel late evening. Seemed to be arabic neighbourghood.
