Dette hotellet i Munchen ville ikke akseptere VAT form ( dvs fritak for å betale tax\moms, noe som er helt uholdbart da de er pliktig til å fylle ut dette skjema og gi oss moms fritak. Jeg vil forfølge saken og håper Bset western også gjør det samme. Dersom dette ikke går i orden vil jeg og mange med meg i utlandet , slutteå bruke denne kjeden. |

The breakfast was very good. The parking was awkward. We had to put our rental car into a lift for the car and go underground to park. The problem was getting the car to fit just right into the lift. We had to go back and forth several times just to get the car to fit in the small space. Because of the small size of the lift, our car ended up getting a scratch on the bumper and cost us $700 when we turned the car back in. |

The room was really small, and there was lots of outside noise which interupted sleep, mostly caused by no airconditioning/having to leave the window open. The beds where also of low quality and too soft which made of uncomfortable sleep. |

Room small but spotless, bathroom excellent, furnishings simple but comfortable, nothing run down or broken, breakfast absolutely first class. I was referred to an excellent restaurant nearby for dinner. The area is not scenic, but very convenient to the Hauptbahnhof. The cost was a bit higher than I usually pay. No complaints. |

Breakfast was ample and service was good. I selected this hotel for location and booked for the beginning of Oktoberfest. While convenient to the train station and the Altstadt, the street outside the hotel was curiously "seedy" as well as noisy though our room faced the inner courtyard. Both room and bath were small and there were few amenities. More like a 2 star with a 4 star price. |
