Best Western Atrium Hotel  

I was so disappointed in the hot stuffy, noisy room, I spent the first afternoon looking for another hotel. When I tried to cancel the room for the next week I was charged 90% of the cost of the reservation. it is a half hour walk from the train!! the front desk would not discuss my second reservation because we were ". Not their client, but Bookings client" However, they charged the 90% not bookings. Could hardly walk in the room without hitting shins, hallways dark and steamy, room over the smoking area of the staff not a vacation destination!

Every possible aspect

The hotel is very well situated close to the city center and 3 U-bahn stations as well as the central station are very near. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the offered breakfast is complete and the personal is very attend and friendly

Rooms smaller than we expected.

Most of the staff were friendly to be very honest but one of them was rude when I checked in. The weather was hot at the time I was staying at Best Western and they didnt have airconditioned rooms so we had to open the windows at night and unfortunately we could hear the street noise which was very loud with cars passing by and honking as well as people chatting outside the casino opposite the hotel and yelling. In addition to that there were road works happening from 6:30 or 7 onwards which means you could only have minimal sleep time. The rooms were nothing like the pictures on booking.com and were much smaller in size and uncomfortable. Thats why I had to leave and check into the meridien. Hope they could use this feedback constructively.

Friendly staff. I had stayed there several times with my husband before he was killed in a car accident a year ago.

The cute brunette at the front desk that was always smiling and greeting us when we walked in. Wish I had gotten her number.

The shower. Awkward and difficult to use comfortably.

Very nice hotel. Good location. Great price (early January). Must be hard to beat during Octoberfest location wise , but the rates at that time should be quite different.

Rooms a little small. Especially the bathroom.

The hotel neighborhoods are not pleasant at all despite the position close to downtown

A fantastic breakfast was included with the stay. The hotel staff was very helpful communicating with a car rental agency on our behalf. The location was convienient to the train station in Munich.

We happen to travel during Oktoberfest and this hotel offered the best rate. It is also surprisingly close to the Oktoberfest fair grounds. Good, comfortable hotel overall.

We liked the location best, we were within a few blocks from the Octoberfest grounds. We also, liked the fact we were close to the train station as well. We took the train from Salizburg, Austria to Munich. It was also within walking distance to the City Centre. So for us, it was Great Location for our needs.

We always like a coffee maker in our room. No air conditioning.
