Next to motorway Having to check each time to ensure that a no-smoking room has been reserved as requested. Sound proofing could be better between rooms

Clean and tidy. Quiet location No Internet unless you are with t Mobile!! The hotel states free wi-fi, but you only have this with the provider as mentioned above.

Price different compare to Booking reservation, we ordered family room ( 2 adults + 2 kids) with breakfast - 84 Euro but real price was 99 Euro.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A great stop over between London and Poland. Represented excellent value for money. Should serve a full hot breakfast and the outdoor area could do with being cleaned up a bit, but overall we were very happy with the hotel and the staff were fantastic.

Good transit hotel on the Highway, clean rooms, close enough to Hannover. The price was OK also for a 4X room... It still is a transit hotel...a bit noisy.

Familienzimmer, gepflegte Zimmer Äußeres eindruck abschreckend. Die Zimmern wiederum sehr gepflegt und Sauber. Sehr muffiges unangenehmes Geruch im Zimmer, verursacht durch alten Tepich, sehr wahrscheinlich. Frühstück: auch wenn es nur 7,50 € kostet ist es viel zu wenig auswahl. Für jede kleine besonderheit zahlt man extra, am ende ist man ganz schnell bei 15,-€ pro Person, wie im 5 Sterne Hotel. Sehr unangenehmes ambiente direct im Rasthof der Autobahn Raststätte die Reisende gehen da rein und raus wem gefällts ist gut?

kamer zeer netjes en vrolijk van kleuren. Ontbijt ruim voldoende. Gebruikt als doorgang naar Berlijn met het gezin en voldoet zeer goed.

Die aufgeschlossene Gastfreundlichkeit und das unkomplizierte Anmelden. Guter Service auch bei der Abreise morgens ab 4.00 Uhr. Wir hatte das Pech ein Raucherzimmer mit defekter Klimaanlage zu beziehen. Für eine Nacht wollten wir nicht nochmal umziehen. Ansonsten ist alles i.O.

Leider lag unsere Hotelreservierung trotz Bestätigung(Email von booking.com) im Hotel nicht vor.Dies war jedoch für das Personal vor Ort kein Problem, es wurde sich auch sofort um Klärung bemüht!!!Vielen Dank nochmal ;O)) Außerdem liegt das Hotel so günstig, das man sowohl zum Steinhuder Meer, nach Hannover oder zum Saunadorf nach Laatzen fahren kann.

Die unkomplizierte Abwicklung und die Möglichkeit drei Kinder unterzubringen. Das Einchecken war etwas unklar...es gab einen Automaten der nur bis zur Bezahlung funktionierte. Die Rezeption war dann im "Restaurant" mit Raststättenfeeling. War anfangs alles etwas merkwürdig.

L'acceuil du personel L'accès de l'hotel mal indiqué et impraticable pour des personnes qui marchent avec difficulté sans être réellement handicapées. Réception sans possibilité de se garer devant avec une voiture, ce qui est désagréable au niveau des bagages. Je le raye de mon prochain séjour en Allemagne.

Diennakts check-in Administratore nerunā angliski, tikai vāciski. Ja vajag sarunāties vai kaut ko pajautāt meklējiet kādu savā kompānijā kas runā vāciski. Numuriņā tikai 2 rozetes, no kurām viena ir dušas telpā. Vajadzētu vairāk.

Bra läge vid autobahn Mannen som var i receptionen den 12 augusti vid ca 16.45 var något av det mest otrevliga vi träffat på på. Tyvärr var det inte bara oss han var otrevlig mot utan även mot de andra gästerna som checkade in.

Ik heb niks goed te melden over deze hotel. Ze geven een kamer waarin was gerookt aan een gezin met kinderen. Service is erg slecht. Wij hadden een familie kamer gereserveerd. Eenmaal daar aangekomen kregen we een kamer voor 3 volwassenen. Ik had familie kamer gerserveerd voor 2x volw. en 2x kind. Volgens de eigenaar had ik niet goed gekeken en moest ik € 138,- betalen voor een famile kamer. Dit was niet zo! Ze wilden ons extra geld laten betalen voor een familie kamer die maar €69,- moest zijn. Ben erg teleur gesteld.
