Wrong address hard to get there
Basic but comfortable place to stay near our traveling route.
Could not connect to Wi-Fi. There was no competent staff to help.
English-speaking staff (if very overworked). Reasonably quiet bedrooms given the location in a service area. Covered parking accessible by lift from within the hotel. A little museum of old carriages.
On arrival we had to wait some 15 minutes to be seen by the girl who was checking guests in, whilst also serving food in the motorway services cafeteria. (Whilst waiting, I saw a potential customer walking around the serving area carrying a dog, a clear breach of hygiene in the presence of food, though in view of the incredibly low staff ratios obviously any rules there are unenforceable.) Eventually we were allocated two rooms and asked to pay in advance. However it took three further visits back to the 'Reception', before we actually got the rooms we required, 1 x double room and 1 x family room, with working key codes. One of the rooms we were eventually given was one we'd been told a few minutes earlier was not available to us as it was still being cleaned! Shades of Basil Fawlty but without the humour. The rooms we finally got were not adjacent, as we had requested, but on different floors. Once we got into bed we did get a reasonable night's sleep. This hotel does its job as a place to kip while on the road. But it desperately needs some more staff!
Everything for one night sleep.
The smell from the restaurant in the hotelrooms.
very good place to stay, if you don't want to go to the city, just spend the night. Although it is very close to highway, it is quiet and really nice. Has a small children playground and nice dining place.
no hair dryer
location ,staff, We have been staying at this hotel for many years even when it was a Best Western it was the last good stop before crossing the them DDR.
The sound proofing between rooms could be a bit better.
No wifi in the room
Room was reasonably clean. (As wel as possible with this furniture)
Not enough parking space from the back. Reception is in restaurant/tank stop. Rooms extremely overpriced during messe.
How to get there from Holland was a bit tricky. This was due to the lack of road signs to the hotel from this direction.
close to highway, friendly staff, keyless access (easy to leave in the morning), clean, perfect for an overnights break on a long journey
bit smelly and a bit tricky to find at night
On hand of putting the address in the navigation system, it was rather difficult to find at the very last meters of the trip. There was not any sign with hotel. Not knowing that there is also access directly from the Autobahn, since the hotel is directly situated next to the Autobahn
on check in the staff was unfriendly n rude other days they were ok
Friendly staff, clean room with nice enough bathroom, just off A2, free parking.
Breakfast was not worth money I spent on it.
Small convenient budget hotel next to the highway. Rooms are clean and nice.
3 bed room close to free way no keys free wi-fi
far from public transports inside gas station noise from free way
