施設がきれいで清潔感がある。 サービス内容が充実している。 スタッフの対応がとても良い。

今回は不便を感じなかったが、部屋数が多いのにエレベータが一基しか無い。

コストパフォーマンスが良い。朝食のビュッフェも美味しく、市内観光も便利。 駐車場がホテル真下にあるのも有り難い。

The staff gave us a very friendly welcome and were eager to help us find our way around Bamberg. The location was perfect for our needs; parking was right under the hotel; breakfast was great. All in all a good experience. I plan to stay here again next year.

Our room faced a busy street so we couldn't open the windows at night. Next time I will be sure to request a quieter room.

Good location. Could walk downtown in less than 5 minutes.

Great and helpful staff. Very good breakfast variety to choose from. Clean and modern facility. Convenient parking (8 euros) directly under hotel. Close and pleasant walk to Alt Stadt (Old Town. Nice market adjacent to hotel. This was a lucky find.

We found the ladies on reception duties to be extra helpful. As the hotel would be full the following night, when we wished to extend our stay, one booked a room in a nearby hotel for us. They also helped with directions to the Altstadt for us to have a late lunch and were helpful in keeping our luggage whilst we went into town on the second day. Ulla and Sarah are to be commended for their customer service.

Nothing about the hotel; It was all good! However, we felt that the Sechs Hugels bus tour was not worth 8 euros per person. We were the only people on the bus; yet the driver made little attempt to describe the various sights in English.

It's location close to the centre of the old town and its attractions and within easy reach of the railway station (we travelled from the UK by train).

We booked a last minute trip to Bamberg to see Christmas markets. Not only is it the top rated hotel in Bamberg, it is very reasonably priced. The facility is fairly new, very clean and very modern. All of the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and staffed by enthusiastic employees. The range of food was great and unlike many hotels, it was replenished when it was low. The location is great for downtown Bamberg. Overall, this hotel was perfect for our stay.

Location was great. Easy walk to/from train station and to/from old town area. Staff was very helpful and informative.

Everything was perfect! The Hotel is new and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We loved Bamberg, it is such a lovely city!

Not close to Bamberg train station but not too far to walk. Close to the city; we don't need a bus ticket. Just 100 meters away from Bamberg old town. Love the bakery, tea and coffee at the lobby. It's always available for you. Breakfast was excellent.

This is the best hotel for our Germany trips.

Has its own carpark. Conveniently located close to the Autobahn and is within easy walking distance of the old town. Room was large, quiet location.
