All staff were very nice. Heater was not working so they gave us a very small electric heater but it was not enough. They did not repair while we were there. The first morning, there was no hot water for taking shower. Our phone at the room was not working. |

Convenience to station and although reception closed in the late evening we had front door key Couldn't get air con to work. Was told at reception that breakfast was at 6.30am on Sat and waited till 06.50 but staff there but had door locked and no one approached us to query our waiting. |

L'hotel è pulito e confortevole, ha un posteggio sotterraneo (a pagamento), il personale è molto disponibile. L'hotel non ha un ristorante, che comunque nella zona non mancano e sono ben raggiungibili a piedi. Per raggiungere il centro di francoforte ci vuole circa mezz'ora anche durante i picchi di traffico. E' piuttosto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e degli autobus. Durante i periodi di fiera a Francoforte, i prezzi sono più elevati del dovuto almeno del 50%. La colazione è a pagamento, per chi non fa una colazione abbondante può convenire mangiare qualcosa fuori. |

uitstkende locatie. Prima bediening. Heel goed en royaal ontbijt. Kost wel € 12,00 p.p. maar is zeer zeker lux. |

Parkeergarage, snel in- en uitchecken. Douche was slecht. Weinig en moeilijk te doseren warm water. Donkere afgelegen kamer naast een trap welke was afgesloten met een ketting. Ontbijtbuffet was wel erg eenvoudig. |
