Was relatively cheap Close to U-Bahn No climate control ... was ridiculously hot Noisy street Far from most sights Staff not particularly helpful ... at one point when complained was too hot they suggested "I should step outside as it was a nice day" Small room Not very comfortable

Great location beside U-Bahn. Free and no-hassle wi-fi provision. Surprisingly quiet, very clean and very good value. Friendly staff. No hesitation about staying here again. Very little. Air conditioning in the room didn't seem to work properly which might be an issue in summer.

The hotel is conveniently located close to U-bahn exit. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi worked fine. There's a nice bakery next door where you can have a breakfast (approx 5 euro for 2 persons) and also a supermarket next door. It was a bit hot in the room(we had one facing the busy road) and also quite noisy even on the 6th floor. The location is OK but next time we'll choose something closer to AlexanderPlatz. Overall good value for the money.

Very good price, very clean. Bad wifi signal and very slow elevator service. If you want a coffee dont go to the reception for change.

The hotel was extremely convenient for the U-Bahn being right next door to the exit on Samariter St. Travel into the centre was regular and took only 15 minutes. The staff were extemely polite, helpful and friendly. As in a lot of European hotels, the double room had two small duvet and pushed together mattresses, but this is a very minor point.

The staff were very helpfully, the room was very clean , plenty towels . We had lovely shower , tv, fridge , toiletries on request , free wifi . The bed was a little too hard for me , but ok for my husband so down to personal preference. The room was very hot even when turning heating off .

Very good value for money. Very good location with a U-bahn and S-bahn nearby. If one likes walking, Karl Marx Allee and East Side Gallery in the vicinities. Nice bars and restaurants along Karl Marx Allee

Near an up and coming cool location with lots of great bars and shops and right near the U-Bahn. Very helpful staff when I hand;t printed my boarding pass No double quilts and blankets in the room and no kettle in the room.
