the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent english. The location was perfect - easy to get around the city and some good bars and restaurants nearby. The room was quiet and very clean with excellent shower. |

The room was comfortable and clean. Location gave easy acess to public transportation for touring Berlin. Near plenty of cafes, restaurants and Friedrichschain (sp?) nightlife Coffee/tea in room, a bit more place for storing clothing |

Clean, safe, located right at the metro (U-bahn), 24h reception desk, free computer with free internet access, comfortable bed and pillows, many TV channels. We definitely recommend the hotel for a nice stay. There is no need to stay at another hotel near the city center as the metro runs well past midnight. We were located next to the linen storage room and the elevators, which resulted in lots of noise especially during the early morning. When we asked to extend our stay we were offered a higher rate than the one we paid through booking.com and after a few hours an even higher rate (so we decided to switch hotels). One can have breakfast very cheaply at the baker next to the hotel. No need to pay 9 euro for breakfast. |

The Hotel is situated in a good place, near to one of the central, to Alexander Platz and directly next to the metro station. And the breakfast was excellent. |

Facilities were very nice and comfortable. Easy to take metro - right in front of hotel. Grocery store nearby. Staff was very helpful with finding places for dinner. Clean & modern hotel. Room size pretty good for Europe and free wifi. Our view from the room was not very attractive. |

Best location in front of metro. Close to shops. There was no fan working at air inlet. So the room was quite stuffy. |

A very good hotel, on the eastern site of the city. One of the U5 stations is right in front of it (Samaritenstrasse). Well equipped and not so expensive, quite new. The breakfast costs 9 euros, but you have many cafes around where you can grab a food. Internet also available in the hotel, with wi-fi or in a station in the lobby. I'd definitely stay again there. |

All very clean and comfortable, good facilities in room. Location wise 10 yards from U-Bahn station, five minutes walk from trams and as both run all night no problems getting back even after a late night. This was of a better standard hotel than I normally choose but it was a very good deal in a good location. Can't go wrong really. |

Nice clean room with a perfect acoustic isolation despite very noisy street outside, comfortable beds; Minuses: no mini-bar, slwo Web-connection in the lobby; despite undeground station is 10 m away from the entrance, poor connection with the centre due to slow trains and inconvenient transfer - it takes about 30 mins |

Staff were very good and polite.Assisted us with queries we had. On-site parking. Good buffet-style breakfast with eggs. Hotel was a 10 minute U bahn journey from Alexanderplatz, which is to the east of the city attractions. Those staying may wish to obtain a City Tour Card for unlimited public transport use in the city. Well worth it, and obtainable from reception. Overall a good value hotel. |
